“Laz and Justin are heroes at the Bellingham T-Mobile store! I was in desperate and immediate need of an un-smart, un-sexy phone ASAP for my mom. I called and talked with Justin, who talked through the best options for her. I raced to the store and he had the phone out for me when I arrived. Justin and Laz stayed past closing time making sure that I got all the credits possible, calling T-Mobile on my behalf, and getting the phone ready before they sent me on my way. She was not only helpful but very personable and we all had some fun conversation while she was setting up the new phones and stayed past store hours just to make sure everything was functional. One phone was free!), moving our info from our old phone to the new phone, etc. They were totally honest - telling us the truth about what would work and what wouldn't - to our benefit only, not necessarily to theirs or T-Mobile's. “My wife and I became a T-Mobile customer in Bellingham Massachusetts well back in October 2023 we moved to Ashland and I know that they have franchise so I decided that I wanted to check out the Framingham T-Mobile since I know it’s corporate owned well. My wife and I are extremely happy that we did due to the fact that they have a very nice group of people working there. There is not one person in that store that we do not like whatsoever, they are all fantastic. We have friends that we have brought over to T-Mobile and this store is very helpful us and also to anybody that we bring over the impression that we got from the store is that they really do care so we might have to take a 12 minute ride to go to the store but we don’t care they are extremely friendly and also as far as we are very caring people. They do represent T-Mobile attitude because my wife and I have had AT&T and they are horrible. I know I was with them for over 10 years since come to T-Mobile I’ve had nothing but great experience and my wife loves him and so do I, maybe we will check out the T-Mobile store someday since it’s closer to our home, but this store is fantastic. If I could give them a 10 star I would do it.”

“We went to this store because of the rating it already had with past customers. We recently had changed our internet/tv service with Xfinity and had added cell service. We had been back to our original center five times, and the service/pricing was still not as promised. The last time we went, we were just flatly told, "We don't provide technical support here" That's when we went to the Bellingham store. Matt was our main man and fixed everything for us, including the correct monthly pricing amount. Karen came over and helped also. At one point even the manager, Tom, was involved offering his help. We were there for over an hour. We will never go to any other Xfinity store. They are the best!”
“I was having the worst time ever with a few of my cell phones and my account. No matter what I did with them, I was getting nowhere I had even been to a Verizon store. Then I went to the Verizon corporate store in Bellingham, Massachusetts's. At the store I met with the most wonderful employee ever named Andrei! ANDREI was not only quickly able to get my cellular telephones situated physically he additionally organized things in my account with Verizon and now my life is much easier. A consummate professional, wonderful employee and compliment to Verizon.”
