“We had a great experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Maynard. Our SUV was in the shop for unexpected repairs, which left us without an SUV for a trip we had planned to visit family in New York for the July 4th weekend. We contacted several rental car companies without any success. Julianne with Enterprise in Maynard was able to find a full-sized SUV for us when everyone else, including other Enterprise locations, couldn't help us. Also, it was refreshing to find someone who was professional and cared about the customer, which contrasted with her other Enterprise locations who gave us the run around. I would use Enterprise again solely because of my interactions with Julianne.”
