“Kevin was super helpful today. He went out of his way to help me when he simply did not have to.. Thank you so much for getting me the new router. This kind of customer service is next level.”
“My husband and I came in to switch our plan and add his line to my account. Kathleen and Christian were both incredibly helpful and wonderful to work with. Great experience all around and made servicing easy and quick.”

“Was in Verizon today with Alison the Hudson location. She was incredible to work with, answered all our questions, and helped us update our phones and watches. Would absolutely go back there to work with her again”
