“On 7/15/24 I brought my iPad into the Verizon Store on Technology Dr. in Hudson MA. Three days prior my iPad had lost its cellular connection. I had the good fortune of having Michael assist me. He spent quite a bit of time trying to resolve the problem on his own, with assistance from another employee and with tech support over the phone. Additionally he was able to help other customers while working on my issue. We were getting to the point that I was going to have to go to the Apple Store and determine if it was a hardware vs a network issue. One last attempt and success was achieved! He could have thrown up his hands at any point but didn’t. Verizon is lucky to have Michael (sorry I don’t remember his last name) as an employee. When it’s time to upgrade I will definitely return to this Verizon store. Thank you Michael and thank you Verizon,”
