My phone wouldn't start up and I was in Western Mass and I didn't have GPS or any way to access the internet or communicate with anybody (it's amazing how much we rely on our phones these days!) I didn't even have any way to find a Metro PCS in Western Massachusetts. So I traveled home and went to my local MetroPCS in Ashland and Andre was very friendly and professional and got my phone working within minutes! I am now in the land of the living! I want to give a big thank you to Dominic at the Apple Store in Solomon Pond Mall (Marlborough, MA) for his outstanding service on the evening of October 4th, 2025.
Around 7 PM, I came in with my brother after struggling to access my MacBook. I had attempted a reset and entered recovery mode, but couldn’t remember my password and was completely stuck. Dominic stepped in right away and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
He was incredibly professional, patient, and clear in walking me through the steps to regain access. What really stood out was how calmly he explained everything—not just to fix the issue in the moment, but to help me understand what to do if it ever happened again. His knowledge and demeanor made a frustrating situation feel manageable.
I highly recommend this Apple Store location—and especially Dominic—to anyone in the area. With the busy holiday season approaching, it's reassuring to know there are team members like Dominic who truly care about delivering excellent customer service.

“As with all other stores of target , this one was also very well organized and clean . Always love to check this store for any offers and discounted prices . They had so many good deals for dress/ shoes etc . There is a Starbucks inside . shopping and coffee helps overall ... not Many store associates Around to help. Billing is a little slow , because all the counters were closed and they only had auto-checkout machines.. prices are a little high as compared to other stores , but they do price match if u show them competitive prices . Lots and lots of parking outside ... Overall a good experience”

“On 7/15/24 I brought my iPad into the Verizon Store on Technology Dr. in Hudson MA. Three days prior my iPad had lost its cellular connection. I had the good fortune of having Michael assist me. He spent quite a bit of time trying to resolve the problem on his own, with assistance from another employee and with tech support over the phone. Additionally he was able to help other customers while working on my issue. We were getting to the point that I was going to have to go to the Apple Store and determine if it was a hardware vs a network issue. One last attempt and success was achieved! He could have thrown up his hands at any point but didn’t. Verizon is lucky to have Michael (sorry I don’t remember his last name) as an employee. When it’s time to upgrade I will definitely return to this Verizon store. Thank you Michael and thank you Verizon,”
