“Pretty busy during peak hours, long extended convenient fuel hoses, free air and if you have their Credit card you save 10 to 15 Cents per gallon ! Compared to all gas stations around the area, BJs gas is almost always cheaper.”

When I cash out @ bj's, I look for her and don't even mind waiting a few extra minutes as she is the only cashier who appears to like her job. “I believe Supervisor Andrew and Ryan deserve five stars. Two weeks ago they changed my front tires and did the alignment for me. They are young but very skillful, professional and honest. When I asked them to do alignment for my car, Supervisor Andrew told me that he would check and see if it was needed. He said if nothing wrong, there’s no need to spend money on that. Computer showed that my car did need alignment and they did it. After they fix it, Ryan showed me the computer result. It showed they did great job. They also went out of their way to fix my plate problems. I really appreciate it. Thank you so much Andrew and Ryan!!”

“I come to this bjs location very frequently, but today I had an encounter with a young lady, which I believe her name was Karen. She went above and beyond with customer service. Before she even started scanning my items she asked if I had clipped my coupons to which I said yes cause it will only work if done before. Towards the end I started coughing and she quickly asked if I was ok and if I wanted water which I said it was fine cause she said she would have to run up, but she ran to the back and came out with a water bottle regardless which really helped me so much. She was very attentive and so kind. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service!”
