“I come to this bjs location very frequently, but today I had an encounter with a young lady, which I believe her name was Karen. She went above and beyond with customer service. Before she even started scanning my items she asked if I had clipped my coupons to which I said yes cause it will only work if done before. Towards the end I started coughing and she quickly asked if I was ok and if I wanted water which I said it was fine cause she said she would have to run up, but she ran to the back and came out with a water bottle regardless which really helped me so much. She was very attentive and so kind. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service!”

“I've bought bulk groceries from various BJs since 2006. I've gone to the Hudson BJs for 6 years--employees are courteous and professional, no issues. Store is always very clean. The self-checks out are great, rarely crowded since people are in and out more quickly. The baked desserts are so tempting; I prefer that smell to any perfume, haha. I found some good bargains on clothing and household items. I've never had to go to Northboro or any other BJs to get the foods I need. I”
