“As I was backing into my garage I accidentally side swiped my neighbors parked trucked with my new car (he parks like an idiot, but that’s beside the point). I scratched the paint on the side of my car behind the back door on the drivers side and also ripped off the plastic wheel fender (if that’s what it’s called). Cohasset Collision made it look brand new again within just a few days. They replaced the fender and sanded down/repainted the damaged panel. You would never be able to tell there was ever any damage. They do amazing work. The front desk staff and owners are great as well. I am a terrible driver so I will definitely be going back for my next little mishap. Highly recommended all around, 10/10.”

The standout was Matt Barnett.
Matt’s follow-up, attention to detail, and consistently pleasant and helpful manner made the entire process truly exceptional. He went above and beyond at every step. While at the dealership, I even spoke with another customer who said one of the main reasons he chose to buy at Porsche Norwell was because of Matt. I completely agree.

“They did a great job repairing my car after I was rear-ended at stop sign last month. They had a rental car option so I was never left without a vehicle while my car was serviced. I got regular text updates and my car was finished right on schedule. It looks as good as when I drove it off the lot 9 years ago! They also detailed my car which was really appreciated. Oh and the woman at the front desk is super nice, very friendly. Great experience overall.”
“From the get go, you feel like you are in good hands with Nelson and it was an experience that persisted all the way to vehicle pickup.
Nelson greeted me and personally, did a fast accurate assessment of the vehicle, wrote up a work order and was able to take my car in the next day.
He not only delivered the flawless repair at the cost of the appraisal from my insurance company, but he also delivered on time and with an extra special touch of auto detailing (including buffing out built up oxidation on my other head light to match the fixed one he installed in the repair).
His entire staff was great and you really felt like you were working with professional people with a nice touch of honest friendliness. Highly recommended.”

“There are many good collision shops in the area. But I will not be looking for any other than Jannell should I, God forbids, need one. My two yo Volvo was rear-ended. Ryan and his team restored to a pristine condition, replacing a good number of parts. There is a lot of electronics in this car, and some was damaged. They restored it all. Ryan also took care of all interactions with insurance with the best possible outcome. Thank you, guys, great job!”

“Hood exploded open while on the highway shattering my sunroof getting glass EVERYWHERE. This place repaired the sunroof AND cleaned every spec of glass for the cheapest I've seen anything repaired at an auto body shop in MA. Meeting them was a comfort during a very stressful event and they even spoke to the insurance company on my behalf which was HUGE mental relief. They got me a referral code from my insurance agent for a rental car & had it delivered to the same location before I even realized everything on my agenda for the day needed a backup plan. I would trust these people to do my tax's. I found my forever auto body shop for sure.”
