“While it was just a single night stay, we had a great experience at Nantasket Beach Hotel. The room was clean and had all of the amenities we needed when traveling with a dog (including treats and poo bags). When I made the reservation, the hotel staff made sure that we had a first floor room to accommodate our dog. They even allowed us to extend our check out time to a later time, which was incredibly convenient.”

“Clean, quiet, reasonably comfortable, decent breakfast, reasonably close to airport. No desk in room but I was able to use my laptop in the lobby. Staff were nice enough. Good value. I was a little nervous about our stuff in the car, but nothing happened to it so it worked out ok.”

“I would love to give this place a 5 star review because of the team that works there at the front desk. We came in after midnight and were greeted with smiles and happy people. Definitely will be back because the place left a great impression. 4 stars because of the Bathroom which wasnt cleaned properly and was out of everything needed for showering, yes I mean everything. No lotion, no gel and no shampoo and after midnight you just dont feel like walking around to get stuff. That was the only negative. The place is in a great location, with plenty of food options around, shops and great proximity to highways.”

“Stayed during winter, room was very cold took forever to warm and heater was very noisy everytime it turned on. Staff was great! Had an awesome view of downtown skyline.”

“Pros: nice rooms, well maintained, good breakfast, nice staff, over all good.

Cons: it’s NOISY. The highway noise is constant, sometimes worse than others. The rooms is noisy also, we heard all our neighbors and the hallway the entire stay. This is the first hotel it’s been this bad. I live in NY in a very noisy area and this was worse. Just beware.”

“This location offers a beautiful view of the city, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff has been wonderful. The breakfast is delicious with made to order omelets, fruit, waffles, bacon, sausage and other items. And it is close enough that a short walk through the park and you can catch a train or bus to wherever you need to go. Definitely look forward to staying here again. The only negative experience we had was having a rep try to sell us on additional stays every single day.”

“Dec-2024 Annual Fred Astaire Dance Studios ballroom competition: Service by Front Desk & Banquet staff this year was wonderful! Nice rooms on 7th floor too. Thank you!”

“Stayed at this hotel due to a unforseen circumstance during traveling. I could not have asked for a better hotel stay after that horrible travel day! Comfiest bed I've ever slept in. Great bathroom and in-suite kitchen.

I would absolutely come and stay again. The staff was also very nice in helping me figure out how to use the shuttle to get back to the airport the next morning.

Breakfast was also amazing.

Overall great!”

“Typically never leave reviews, but Travis at the front desk deserves a recognition.

His attitude, patience and customer service is rarely seen nowadays in even 5 star hotels.
Management, should be very proud to have him onboard.”

“My plane at Logan got cancelled. Needed an overnight stay. Close to Logan in an industrial area. This hotel cost $67.00 a night. The staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel is somewhat new so everything is clean and tidy. It is staged with an antique theme. It was originally a sewing machine factory so it is decorated and plays off of that theme. There are antique machines displayed on the wall. The front desk is made up of old suitcases.. The parking is free and accessible. What more could you ask for for for $67.00's. It may not be the Ritz but it sure (ain't) the motel 8.
either If you're looking for an inexpensive place to stay go mo further.”

“Very friendly staff. Lady let me check an an hour early at 2pm and let me wait in the breakfast room where they have coffee available 24hrs. I love the coffee taste here.
I love the free continental breakfast from 7:30-9:30.

Another time a gentleman there helped find a room with a bathtub for me (not all rooms have them). I also like the cute mini 1 cup coffee maker they have in the rooms. Ice is available with an ice bucket provided in the rooms. Location was perfect for me. Pricing is the best around here.”

“The heavy glass shower door does not stay closed. There is no anti-slip mat for the shower. which is dangerous. It takes some time hot water to get up to the fourth floor. All the rest is fine the baddest comfortable in the heat can be controlled by a thermostat which is in the room. Not too much noise traffic because you can't open the window for fresh air.”

“Our family has stayed at Hampton Inn - Boston Braintree, MA on many occasions. It’s near multiple attractions we normally visit, but it’s in a quiet corner so we can enjoy our rest after all the excitement. The price is reasonable. The hotel is clean and the staff is great. Our most recent stay was on Saturday 12/6/2025 and the lady who helped us with check-in on that afternoon is the best! I forgot to ask for her name, but she has been so helpful and friendly and considerate. We had 4 different room reservations but once she realized that we were together, she arranged for our rooms to be close together, before we even asked. She is definitely a testament to excellent service!”

“The room was clean, but the rugs are looking old. All together it was a clean atmosphere. Plus the free breakfast the next morning was a great surprise. FYI, there was NEVER a pool at this hotel.”

“Horrible wifi. We were on the first floor, walls are cement so that may have been why. Clean, but old. The parking is only $10 per night if you are flying out of Boston or hopping on a cruise. That was why we picked this one.”

“Extremely good value for staying in the Boston area. Our room was a good size and was very clean. Much happier than if we paid $200+ (and additional fee for nightly parking) for a brand name in a more congested area. The beach is maybe 100 yards away and is not crowded at all. Deer Island is just down the road and is nice for hiking. Running along the beach is also very nice early in the morning. Winthrop is a very nice town. Many local places to eat, very friendly residents. Most are doing a very good job with Covid precautions. Note limited parking, but parking on street worked ok as ordinances don't seem to be enforced strictly.

Orient Heights MBTA Blue Line station is a bit more than a mile away and has a large daily parking lot - very convenient for going in to Boston without taking the car.”

“I stayed here from August 27-29th and from late check in to check out the customer service here was great. Room175 was clean and tidy and the housekeepers did an outstanding job. Plus the breakfast was good and variety buffet style. Wyndham never disappoints when we book any of their properties. Job well done. Thanks for everything?”

“I’d say 4.5 stars ! Nothing is 100% perfect but I have no complaints at all. Paid about $75 through a 3rd party booking site, for that same night as check in. Rooms are clean; stove , pans, utensils, fridge full size & freezer, microwave , wifi , tv, large desk, etc. would definitely stay here again.

“All in all decent stay. Luiza front desk very professional and nice, Ariel and Anthony great shuttle service to and from metro station. Thanks guys! We had rental car which we parked no charge then went downtown and did touristy stuff. So does not need to be just airport hotel if not on flight.
Room decent size. Older room but we don't mind if clean, hot water micro and fridge. Fridge evidently available only in king rooms. No need really for elevator. We were on top floor and easy to get there with bags.
Decent neighborhood. A bit of noise at night in the hotel though. I guess if this place was $20 or $30 more we would rate it lower. Join choice hotels and the price on app is a bit lower.”
