“Needed a couple of things for camping and found items easily. The store seemed a little cluttered, but it was a smaller store trying to offer every amenity usually requested by patrons. The store was having payment issues with the self checkout, but staff was very courteous and helpful to the patron requiring assistance. We were able to get in and out in a very short amount of time.”

“Will be coming back to this location even tho there's a store in revere because the staff super nice and helpful. Came in today in the rain, desperate to pick up my order since I thought my order was in revere, and had to reroute after going to revere by accident. Did not know pick up orders were at photo section either when I got to Chelsea location. Two teens up front extra nice and their I'm gonna guess supervisor or manager in blue jacket was extra helpful and sweet. Teen in glasses retrieved my bag from photos so I didn't have to go there after I made a purchase. Actually off of route 16 so it's also closer than revere location. Close location and very nice staff. Will be coming again!”
“Helpful staff especially Jacob, he was so kind and went out of his way to help me with my issue at the photo center. I was having a bad day and his kindness seriously turned it around and made me feel better. Its nice to run into people like him. I will always do my photo business there.”

“Ghada/Rada is such a wonderful person! I’ve spoken with other CVS pharmacys in the past and always get anxiety from it because I feel rushed off the phone or they are just very rude. Ghada found a prescription for me that was in stock and made it possible to pick up ASAP! She was so kind when I picked it up in person that I insisted to get her name so that she gets the recognition she deserves!! She made my day not only because she found a medication that was out of stock at my normal cvs but also because she was the exact opposite of cvs emollients I’ve encountered in the past. Thank you Ghada for being as sweet as you are! CVS, please don’t let employees like this go unrecognized!”

“My family and I have been picking up our medication here for ages and I gotta say a lot of the customers here have a negative IQ. I have observed many instances of stupidity. My favorite ones being not knowing the name of a medication THAT KEEPS THEM ALIVE and misplacing a bottle of mediation at home and proceeding to blame the pharmacy. Sure the pharmacy can be slow at times, but its people like this that cause the issue. Minus one star for making me have to watch these people who make me want to face palm myself with a board of nails.”

“My family used to go to CVS across the street, for years. That location got way to busy and there was always a delay in getting our meds. Sometimes it would take as long as 4 days. I also got the medication for somebody else's child, instead of my own. Talk about scary. And the pharmacy acted like it was no big deal. The staff at CVS was nice, but clearly understaffed and overworked. We switched to this location of Walgreens and could not be happier. When I have a refill, it's filled incredibly fast and accurately. The staff is also very helpful and pleasant. I'm so glad we made the switch.”
