“The customer service and honesty out of this team should leave you looking nowhere else! They were kind and efficient. Where they could have lied and sold me new tires, but they were honest and repaired a damaged tire. When I do need new tires, I will go nowhere else but this tire shop! Small businesses like this or what America is all about. Not only do they do great work but they give you a hometown feeling that is long gone in society today!”

“Had a tire problem last week while on vacation and was unsure whether I could get home without a new tire. Spoke to their agent, Patty, who was extremely helpful in getting an appointment and getting the tires delivered. Dropped the car off and heard from the Store Manager Joe after several hours that the car was ready over three hours prior to their estimated time for getting it done. Joe & his staff were great.”

“Just a quick review of my recent experience buying a truck at Balise Ford in Hyannis. I am completely satisfied with the great experience I had. Our sales rep Rob was the best! He was patient, professional, and helpful and everything went along perfectly. In fact, every member of the staff we interacted with was a pleasure. All the bases were covered and they walked me through everything that needed to be done. I love my truck and I couldn't have been happier with the process of buying it!”
