“I called the team and asked questions about a hood latch repair. I explained I had already had it looked at and they told me what was wrong and the part I needed. I asked how much labor would cost and Al told me to bring it by and he would take a look at it for free to make sure the dealer didn’t misinform me. I did just that & they got me in quickly. He took a look and let me know that he could fix the issue for a super reasonable price (about $300 lower than the dealer) I was able to wait in the waiting room when they let me know the part I bought was the wrong one. They were able to complete the entire job and fix my old part to get my car on the road again. I’m so grateful for their quick, efficient & cost effective work! I’ll definitely go to Al & his team again if I need any other work completed.”
