“Great experience and excellent service. Appreciate the booking to drop-off and pick-up - it made planning easier for me. Got a message right before my appointment time with extra instruction on how to find the location. Mostly importantly, knives are so sharp. Will absolutely be using Local Root again.”
“We had a fantastic experience with Gaya from Divine Design. Our general contractor, Core Group, introduced us to Gaya once they learned of the ideas we had for built-ins in our relatively small one bedroom condo. Gaya activity listened to our vision and far exceeded our expectations on the design. Not only did she design cabinets with vast amounts of storage but she also introduced us to incredible wall paper that is actually art. We are incredibly happy with the outcome and grateful to Gaya and the team from the Core Group who did an outstanding job.”
“I had a really positive experience at The Tile Shop, thanks to Ben. I spent quite a bit of time working with him, and he was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful the entire time. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and made thoughtful suggestions without ever being pushy.
The selection is extensive, and Ben made what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable and even enjoyable. I really appreciated his flexibility and willingness to stick with me through so many options. Great customer service all around.”
“We have Rene' to thank for our beautiful bathroom. Rene' was absolutely wonderful to work with on our bathroom projects. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a great eye for choosing tile colors and styles that work beautifully together. She helped us design a gorgeous bathroom for our first condo, and when that purchase unexpectedly fell through, she went the extra mile and designed a completely new bathroom for the place we eventually bought. What also stood out was how helpful and available she was during the construction phase—answering questions, giving guidance, and making sure everything matched the design vision. Her patience, professionalism, and commitment to getting every detail just right made a huge difference for us. We highly recommend Rene' to anyone looking for a talented, thoughtful designer who truly cares about her clients.”
“Love our new kitchen designed and installed by Wayland Kitchens & Bath! They were incredibly easy to work with, responsive and very professional from start to finish. Project was completed on time and on budget! I would definitely use them again!”
“We had our kitchen done by John Dolan and we are very pleased. Like any large project there were a few bumps but both John and his son John Jr. quickly resolved any issues. I would definitely recommend them.

“I met with Merry Ao twice and spoke with her a few times on the phone. Merry was very thorough and answered all my questions, showed me exactly how the cabinets would look and work. I found her very easy to work with as well as very knowledgeable. I'll post some pictures when we re done.
Thank you, Merry -- a great experience”

“I will be brief: Arik and his team were the best! They came on time every day, worked very hard and with quality, finished exactly in the time frame proposed (a first in my experience), and cleaned up every day. The proposal was very fair and their work was impeccable. No shortcuts. But more than all the above, Arik made great recommendations and provided consultation that made the project even better. His integrity was outstanding and his approach was as if he was doing the work for his own family. He was always respectful. I could not recommend his work more highly. I am only afraid that this recommendation might make him too busy for further work I may need.”
“We could not be happier with the outcome and experience, working with NKB provided. After interviewing 3 companies, Hillary displayed the most creativity and excitement. Then we worked with Dean to narrow things down. Brian and his team of Mentor and Pallumb made sure everything went well on site and their skills were excellent. I have already recommended NKB and the team and will continue to do so.”

“Helpful and knowledgeable staff who don’t just “make the sale”, but earn a customer’s loyalty with kindness and patience.”
“Cherry was so amazing to work with. She is very attentive, knowledgeable and truly knows her craft. We added cabinets to create a pantry and additional storage in our kitchen and she perfectly matched the cabinets and countertops to what we had. The attention to detail with the installation was exceptional and the job was completed start to finish (including ordering and shipping the cabinets) in under a month. I would definitely work with Cherry again and I highly recommend her!”
“Prestige Kitchen and Bath is a fantastic place to get custom cabinetry. Designers Tony and Emilie are superstars. They are fast and responsive with changes, creative with their ideas, totally professional, and the quality of the cabinetry is fantastic. I selected all wood cabinetry with lots of custom details and the results were perfection. I have used this company on a number of projects and have been thrilled with the results. Highly recommend.”

“Not only does Boston Building Resources give exceptional prices on both used/donated (warehouse) and new materials (co-op), the co-op professionals are expert, attentive, and thorough. I have successfully used their materials to renovate my own homes as well as those of my design clients. This is the first place to go before you buy any home renovation materials. The professional guidance one receives is priceless.”
“Home renovations can be stressful and overwhelming. Working with Nicole Verbeek at the KOHLER Signature Store by Supply New England was one of the more positive experiences we had during the design and renovation of our home. Nicole assisted us with with fixture selections for our kitchen, primary bath and powder room. During construction, Nicole was incredibly responsive, as field issues arose, to help us find alternative solutions and control costs. Get to this showroom and work with these folks. You'll be glad you did.”
“We had a pleasant experience with Tile In Style recently. They designed and installed several of shelves and cabinets. Inga was easy to work with from the beginning to the end of the job. Thanks Inga!”
“We found the prices affordable (a good set of 6 stemless engraved wine glasses for 1.99 each, total of $12). We had fun browsing and imagined replacing other hand-me-downs in our house with better versions from here eventually. We'll be back.”
“Extremely knowledgeable staff who are eager to help. The tile we picked out is beautiful and my partner who is a contractor will be a customer for life. Brian and Paul are phenomenal at their jobs and we are looking forward to working with them in the future.”
“I worked with Pinnacle's designer Marcy. She was so amazing. She had great advice and a really good eye for what my new wetbar should have for cabinets and countertop. She helped me stay within my budget and the work was done quickly, and it was done right the first time! The finished product is nicer than I imagined.”
“I can’t believe I’ve gone so long without going here. The cookware stock is well selected and the prices are very fair. I would highly recommend this place for any kitchen needs.
I wish I’d have supported this location before I bought anything online.”

“I own a Rohl R77V3 faucet, and the cartridge failed after about five years of use. I contacted the store, and they went above and beyond to help. Within just four hours of hearing about the problem, they provided me with a replacement cartridge at no charge. Outstanding customer service and a great experience overall. Highly recommend this store for standing behind the products they sell.”
“They were fantastic! Helped walk us through each step of the process for our fireplace Hearth and had a beautiful selection! We would definitely go through them again!”
“Absolutely the most amazing service in helping us with the designs for our new home. Mila presented several different options for our outdoors (each one more stunning than the other) & several pieces for indoors which made our home unique. The quality of the furniture and lighting are 5 star. I have never been able to find the one to one service & reliability as we received from Mila. Thank You!”
“I had a great experience with Interior Stone putting new kitchen countertops in. They were quick to answer any questions and walked me through all my options in the showroom and helped me choose a slab. I had a tight timeline to work with and in the end the counters were ready to install a few days earlier than we originally thought which was great.”
