“I had a storage unit at Extra Space for 3 years but the pricing was outrageous so I stopped at Public Storage in Peabody, and it was the best decision I could have made.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the manager, John. He was incredibly friendly and thorough, taking the time to give me a complete overview of the facility, the signup process, hours, and clear pricing. John was patient and answered every single question. The signup process was incredibly fast and easy, so I joined on the spot.
John takes immense pride in this facility, and it truly shows. On my move-in day, he even made a point to stop by my unit just to ensure I had accessed the building and the unit without any issues.
If you want a spotless facility and top-tier customer service, I highly recommend this location!”

Words cannot express how thankful and pleased I am with the moving service! We were nervous at first about our first big overseas move-out, but Cam and Ray made everything easy for us. “Holy cow!!! Where do I start? I've been renting a few storage units from James for the last 6 years. I can tell you that when I first met him, I was completely blown away by his passion for wanting to help me with my needs. I explained my situation and what I was looking for. James was prompt to offer me simple solutions to what I thought was a complex problem. We walked around looking at a few different storage sizes. James quickly and efficiently rented me the storage units and here we are 6 years later and I still have them. Thank you!! All in all, I would give him 10 stars but they limit the review to 5. If you want to be treated with respect like you deserve, go see James, you won't be disappointed.”
“Anthony and the team at the Danvers U-Haul could not be nicer or more helpful. This is a busy, high-volume location, but the place is always clean and efficient, and everyone goes out of their way to help.
I’ve been in and out of this store over the past two months and have seen customers come in stressed and angry and treat the staff poorly. Twice I watched these employees calmly de-escalate the situation and stay professional through it. They truly do their best for every customer.
Do yourself a favor and go here. These are good, humble people who work hard and treat you right. Highly recommend.”

“I was happy to find a clean and easy storage location accessible to local major routes and roadways, making my storage experience a positive one. Billing was easy, with incentives for multiple months and payment in advance. The property is well light and well maintained. Staff was so nice, always available and very good with questions/explanations. If the need arose again, I would rent storage space again at Bourbon St. Mini Storage.”
“I have met two people who work here and the owner and all were as nice as can be. My first storage area had a small water infiltration on the floor which is just a reminder that these are not Fort Knox. You have to expect a first floor cement floor with a garage door to have a potential for it being damp. Place your boxes on shelving or pallets to be safe. Cardboard loves to absorb water. So better yet use plastic totes! I did move to a larger unit which was in the climate controlled building as I needed there to be no humidity for what I was storing. When I first rented there were none available so I took what I could get. Very happy they were able to accommodate me in the end!
N. B. : This review originally got posted under Eastern Ave storage where I rented trucks and vans but never had rented their storage units. Due to having visited both addresses on the same day I thought the review was for this stoage.”
