EDIT: Before I purchased my truck, Anthony installed a new water pump, timing belt, high pressure steering line, valve cover gaskets, and an oil pan gasket. Its been 2 1/2 to 3 months since my truck was purchased and Im happy to report that its running great! Anthony and Master Auto do great work, and anyone should feel good about buying their next used car there.”

One time I needed something in my tire fixed and it didn’t take so I called him and he said bring it back and he’ll handle it no charge and got the job done. He truly cares about building relationships with his customers.
Also much more affordable and honest than the dealership. Good guy. Good mechanic. I highly recommend.”

“The gas use to be the cheapest around, but there starting to get greedy. You can get gas a lot cheaper at Costco and BJ's. Bobby and Jimmy are great people but I would rather pay cheaper for my gas.”

“I had a unique and memorable experience with this business that I’d like to share. While I was away for a few days, I returned home to find my car had been damaged in a collision while it was parked. The person responsible left a note, and when I called, I learned that the damage was caused by an employee of this business. I was directed to the owner, Alex, to address the situation.
I was truly impressed by how Alex handled everything. He was incredibly responsive, understanding, and flexible with my circumstances. Living in New Hampshire, it would have been difficult for me to manage this situation in person, but Alex was more than willing to accommodate me in any way possible. “Showed up at 6AM a few weeks ago, it was my last day to get an inspection sticker on the used car I just bought. I know nothing about cars and had been hearing this grinding noise all week. They were not even open yet, but JT, the owner, made an accommodation for me because I was driving out of town right after work. JT tried to pull the car in and quickly came back and said there weren't any breaks in the back of the car. Huh! that was the grinding noise! :) JT kept my car and I went to work. He called through the day to update me and let me know what needed to be fixed and what he was going to charge me. He fixed my breaks and rotors for a great price! I did my research on what people charge in the area and he was very fair. I picked up my car after work and I let JT know he was my mechanic from now on.Last night I hit a bad bump on the street that wasn't marked well due to some construction. It knocked my exhaust and muffler loose and it was dragging. I got up at 5:15am and brought my car straight to JT. Needless to say, he is taking great care of me and my car. I hug this man now. I trust his skill and pricing. You're in great hands with him! Pun intended :)”
