When I walked in, they immediately supported me and told me they saw the whole thing. It was just a flustering event and I really appreciate Maria's kindness and support.”

“I've been getting my gas here for the past two years. When my check engine light came on recently I went to them for the service. They are very honest and fair. Two codes came up and they explained everything and fixed the cheaper of the two to see if that was triggering the other more expensive code. They also have great hours for drop off and pick up since they're also a gas station. I can't recommend them enough.”
“I've come here several times to get my car detailed. For $48 they will detail your car, not only does it go through the car wash but it gets thoroughly worked on and cleaned by several very hard-working guys. Yes the entrance to the car wash is around back, yes the area is a bit rundown looking; and ok the workers may not have the best social graces, but honestly when you take a step back and look you'll just see several really hard-working guys getting your car nice and clean for you. It was a no-brainer to give them a big tip.”

Took it back in a few weeks later and had my front rotors and pads done. Very reasonable price. New brakes were very squeaky and they replaced them for free under warranty. Great customer service! “I couldn't recommend E&S automotive more! I'm telling you I've NEVER experienced this type of friendly demeanor or wonderful customer service at an auto shop in my life. I called very last minute for an oil change a few weeks ago after another place in town told me to come by, and then when I arrived basically said they couldn't do it anymore. So I googled, called E&S and they were SO friendly, told me to come right down. They did the oil change in 15 minutes tops! Then today I realized I needed an inspection sticker, again I called last minute and they fit me right in, did the inspection SO quickly. I was in and out in 10 minutes. The waiting area was clean, they had hand sanitizer out, and again I was blown away by how friendly and kind they were. I will be a customer for a long time!”

“A super convenient spot as its just off exit 61. The place itself is small but it does have the necessities for most people needs. The person in the front was nice even with the fact that I tend to come up very early in the morning.”
“Depends on who is working, I would occasionally drop in, until I realized the savings on gas was worth the drive. So now I'm a frequent visitor, every other day or so. As I was learning about their rewards program (and knew they had an app), I would ask the attendant, to scan my card and tell me if I had points, some did, whatever they do with the register, but one attendant, said he couldn't check my points unless I completed the transaction. Now it was just before closing, so maybe he had a bad day, or maybe sitting in that little cubic box annoys him (cause he was sitting in his car when I pulled up and I had to wait for him to go back to his station), but knowing that every other attendant had a way to check and he just brushed me off, was less than satisfactory customer service.”
“I had my alternator changed here this past year. I had to have it towed there and they diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a matter of a couple hours! Reasonably priced and super convenient as I live in the neighborhood. Will def go there again!”

“Pretty good place to take car in for repairs and maintenance. I miss Jerry. Fred is pretty nice. Tony is really knowledgeable and funny. And last but not least- Gil is the most funny and great guy! I sometimes just stop by to say hi to Gil. Gas is more expensive there, though. That's a bummer but their pumps always stay busy! Oh and the air for the tires is great! Automatically stops when tire is full!”
