“So I gotta be real about the guys working here, Isai and Angel. They're both really solid guys. It was my first time renting a storage unit, and they walked us through the process after I had made an online booking. I drove down a big UHaul van, parked in the space off to the side of the office, and made small talk with them while Isai checked on my reservation. He gave me clear directions on where to drive to find my unit, and how to enter the facility with the gate code. I kept getting the gate code wrong, went back in inside to ask them what it was, and they went through it again with me without any hint of condescension. They told us to let them know if the rolling cart in the unit wasn't there; it was there. They also kept an eye on us over the camera in case my boyfriend and I needed help once we got to the storage unit. Everything was in tip-top shape, and I have absolutely no complaints about getting a storage unit here. Everything was clean, especially when it came to the indoor units, and the lock we were provided was there as promised. Would ten outta ten recommend this location if you want to feel like you're storing your belongings with solid guys.”

“I want to thank the Manager, Jessica at the Clinton MA location. I've been a customer with two units, there for two years. I've never had any issues. Until this weekend. The issue was water damage within the unit. However, I was very lucky nothing was damaged due to using plastic tubs. It was localized in one area. Jessica once I said something was up off her seat and camera in hand she investigated took many pictures and stated she would be in touch with a professional and the issues would be rectified in a timely manner. Jessica then immediately got me into a first floor unit with the same exact size and I was able to move my things right then with no waiting. She was so understanding and thoughtful. So I want to give a high five to the manager Jessica in the Clinton Branch you rock ???? Thank you Jessica.”
“I have had a unit here since not long after they opened - i believe over 5 years now. I just cleaned it out because I was done paying for a storage unit. With that being said, Paul the Manager was always pleasant, helpful, willing to work with me if I needed an extra week -- whatever I needed they were great!! If you're looking for storage i'd recommend Lunenburg Self Storage.”

“I had a great experience at 10x - their facilities are top notch, and they run an honest business.The facility I used (Pullman Street in Worcester) was staffed regularly, always spotlessly clean, climate controlled, and the staff was always responsive with questions.Previously, I was at a competitor. I had a small 5x10 unit, outdoor access, not climate controlled, and part-time attendant. I went there because it was close, and they had a "first month free" offer. I never actually got that free month, and they raised my rates twice in a six month period by a large amount. At first, it was $85/month, then two months in it was raised to $133/mo; then I got a notice in November that it would be raised to $180/mo right before Christmas. I decided it was time to move out and find some place better.I got a unit at 10x Self Storage on Pullman Street. The unit was 10x10 (actually a little bigger), indoor, and climate controlled. At $175/mo, it was a tad cheaper than my previous unit with waymore benefits. They offered 50% off for the first three months, and actually stuck by the offer (unlike the previous place that never gave me the promised free month). I used the 10x10 for a year, then downsized to a smaller 5x5 unit at $59/mo before moving out (I no longer needed extra storage).I really appreciate a company that doesn't bait-and-switch, and that doesn't get you into a unit only to jack your rates up. I found 10x to be an honest business, top quality, and a pleasure to do business with. I recommend them, and would also use their facilities again.”

“I had such a great experience with Oscar's moving. They were professional but kind and put me at ease. It took a bit longer than I anticipated but I would suggest them to anyone who has a move coming up. If your furniture and personal items are not properly wrapped, they have all the fixings to wrap them for you. But we aware, you will be paying for those materials, so I would suggest doing as much packing/wrapping yourselves to save some money.”
