“My go-to store for overnight UPS and FedEx. I am a notary with the needs for reliable overnight drop for shipping. Get it there before 5 and it's on its way. Friendly and efficient. A little harder to find but once you do, you will return.”
“I have my own small business & I work at a church and Staples is a great store to be able to get good quality products printed for an affordable price. I highly recommend using Staples for your printing supplies.”
“Craters & Freighters recently packed and shipped on my behalf over 200 pounds of classic electronic equipment made in 1985. The manufacturer of this equipment is no longer in business, so parts are no longer available, especially the custom made, high precision O.E.M. mechanical parts. If something got bent or broken in shipping, the devices would have been a total loss. Craters & Freighters did an outstanding job. Packing was superb and the equipment traveled without a scratch. Highly recommended!”
“I love our little Sterling post office. And Adlin Ziur -- honestly, find some joy in your life. Nadine and her cupcakes are a perfect illustration of how the Sterling Post Office is one of the last truly local, community-based service spaces around. Nadine is a joyful and dedicated person and you really had no business writing that about her.”
“Exemplary example of great customer service. I had a 30’ monitor I had to ship, and I may not have dismantled it completely in the rush of the day. The staff went from sizing, finding the right box, packing, printing a label from my email - without having me to stop at staples for anything ✌️”
“See timing below, which I got from an employee..
I like this place because it allows you to ship products from multiple carriers, such as UPS/FedEx...ect. I haven't had any problems. There were a few times that I've showed up within business hours while the place was temporarily closed because they leave to deliver the packages to the carriers.
Leave from 1:40 pm - 3:45 pm.
They usually come back about around 3:30 pm.”
“Best post office experience OF MY LIFE thanks to the incredible customer service of DANIELLE who is an ASSET to the United States Postal Service!!! THANK YOU DANIELLE! Happy New Year!”

“I went in for a passport photo after phoning to see if an appointment was needed (it wasn’t for a Tuesday or wednesday) No one in lobby or behind the counter. A quick press of a bell summoned Melissa, the most cheerful, helpful, and efficient customer service person I had dealt with in years. She was a wealth of information on the process, and after taking the photo, she showed it to me for my approval. Wow ?. The reviews talking about rude service can’t possibly be about this ray of sunshine ?.We need to clone her! Thank you Melissa!”
“I’m not a fan of most post offices but Fran made the experience very enjoyable. She’s incredibly friendly and helpful. I’ll continue to use this post office moving forward.”
“Staples has found ways to make their brick and mortar stores relevant. Between handling returns from online vendors, providing passport photos and all the print and copying functions and having basic needs in stock, I have recently been going to Staples at least once or twice a week. This is a HUGE deviation from prior to Amazon returns, when I went there maybe once every 5 years. Kudos Staples.”

“The team here is incredibly helpful and friendly! One of my packages was recently lost, so I filed a claim. Within hours, they located the package, called to let me know about the issue, and quickly resolved it!”

“A wonderful hometown post office. I live in town and stop by the post office several times a month to send out packages for my artwork, and the Bolton team are unfailingly kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. Thank you!”
“I recently had a package that was sent to me get inadvertently misdelivered to the wrong address. I called the local office in Groton and spoke with one of the team members there who was very helpful, offering to check the details on where the package was dropped and call me back. I got a call back a couple hours later and they had found where it got dropped off - the package was at my house another hour later. Great service!”
“Whenever I go here I am always treated great. Everyone is professional and enthusiastic even during these hard times. I know that if I have an issue or concern it will be taken seriously and followed up with as they have proven in the past.”
“Love the passport service appointment option. Staff are so friendly and helpful. It's also the only post office near me that opens earlier at 8am making it possible to stop in for mail services before work.”
“When a package marked as delivered went missing, I reached out for assistance. They went above and beyond to help me locate it. The package had been mistakenly delivered to my neighbor's address. However, the team took full responsibility for the mix-up and did not stop until they found a solution.”

“Unlike the Ayer Post Office, I find this Post Office easy to access. I have never had trouble with customer service. If no one is at the counter, ring the bell and they will be there very shortly.”
“Nick was an extremely helpful person at the service desk. He was polite, quick, efficient and had an excellent customer service attitude. That was surprising to me because he told me he had to be on his feet virtually the whole day. I guess that puts an end to My idea of working for the post office unless I can get a part-time job!By the way if, somebody helps you at any kind of business or service and has a really good attitude, make a point of telling them so. I know from decades as a business owner that finding people with a good customer service attitude is harder than people think. so the next time somebody does the good job make sure to tell them so, because I assure you hear a lot more negative comments than positive ones! In case you haven’t noticed, the last few years there are a lot of people in custom service that shouldn’t be in any kind of customer facing job period!!!”
“Never had an issue here. Sometimes you have to wait, but no longer than usual. I try to go at the least busy times. My interactions with staff have always been pleasant.”

“I went to this post office for the first time in my life. As we well know, sometimes the people at the post office can be at best a little short. (i.e. Lunenburg) ….This was not the case at this post office today when I met Nikki. She was extremely pleasant, personable, and professional. I’ve never met her before, but if we could all be more like Nikki, we’d be better off. Ty Nikki. ….PRP.”
“Management here is very sweet and understanding, otherwise this would have been a one star experience. Miss. Suely, in the future, it is not for you to decide what is rude or not when speaking to a customer. A simple “sorry for the miscommunication” goes a long way.”

“Great staff very informative. We had to get our passports and they answered all our questions. They also took our passports photos and made everything easy and seamless. I have been coming to this location for years and previous team was not good at all.. the new manager, I did not catch her name, is really good. She is professional and polite. Thank again for all your help.”
“I see a lot of negative reviews, but apparently management has recently changed. My experience was great. Friendly, efficient and professional. They packed my electronic device for me and it arrived to its destination without issues. No complaints.”
“Special thank you and shout out to Paris, who dropped off an 80 pound bag of dog food and saw me struggling with a tent by myself. I asked if he could help push one of the sides and he took the time to help, sweet, courteous and kind. All of 1 minute and it made the world of difference. Thank you”
“I have recently had a very stressful incident happen to me. The manager of the UPS store, saved my life! I was told that I had to mail a large amount of money to a Federal Attorney to represent me as my ID had been stolen and I was going to be arrested for fraud and a number of horrible crimes. I ran to the bank took out my money and went to the UPS store in Hudson to mail it to some address in California to the attorney (Otiz). Bill the manager of the UPS store questioned me casually about the package I was mailing and when he learned what it was and the situation, cautioned me that it was a Fraud. I was being scammed, but I didn't believe him and told him to mail it anyway. He argued with me, but eventually did what I wanted. I was terrified and feared I would be arrested if I didn't mail it. Unbeknown to me, however, Bill, the manager, called the police as soon as I left the store. The police came to my house while the thief was still on the phone with me ( I guess they keep you on the phone a long time). When the officer confronted the man on the other end of the line (he said he was with the Social Security Department), it was soon obvious through his stammering and lies, that he was a fraud. We hung up and I went back to the store to tell them not to mail the package and get my money back. This manager's actions were above and beyond. He is a hero for saving my family (this would have ruined us). UPS should be proud and honored to have a man like this managing their store. He is not only an outstanding, strong and wise individual, he is a model of excellence and kindness. I cannot thank him him enough for what he did. He took it upon himself to call the police and rescued us from a horrible fate. Bill is number one and a 5 star hero in my book. I would trust my life with him and UPS.”
