The presence and feeling when I walk in, is very Welcoming and A great vibe… Each worker is Very Patient and Helpful. I actually really enjoy, for The first time EVER going to my neighbor Bank. They truly are like Family and if you get there 15 mins before closing, they will stay as long as the customer needs. I’ve personally has been there, almost a 1/2 hour after there closing time. They are always are in good spirits and they have the best Lollipops in tiwn.”

“Recently. I experienced a fraudulent charge using my debit card. As with all theft related issues, felt exposed and open to more than just the small charges taken. MVFCU fraud center was able to identify and cancel my card and Diane at the local branch helped me with re-issuing a new debit card and walking through my process of frustration. She was very knowledgeable and even reached out to another Dept to verify information. Thank you for continued valuable customer support.”

“This is a good bank but not great and i say this after even having my cousin work here at the moment in which you see her in my picture but i say its not great cause they dont occupy the tellers station.. Occupying only 2 or 3 at a time with only 1 long line so sometimes you might have to wait but that is IF THERE ARE ALOT OF PEOPLE only! If not then you'll definitely have an easy time with courteous tellers which are very nice and respectable and speak English and Spanish.”
