“Left a conglomerate bank and came here. World of difference! The service here is amazing. When we purchased a home I felt like the loan officer we worked with (who got promoted to VP) really took the time to know us. She really cared, went the extra mile and deserved that promotion. Some of the systems seem a little dated compared to other banks, but I'll give them time to catch up because the service is so good.”

I am in general, not a fan of banks, but I want to make a huge exception for Bank of New England.The fact they are small is a big plus...they actually know me when I call them up.I'd like to give a special shout out to Tracy Dalton at the Nashua branch who always goes above and beyond the call of duty for me when it comes to banking, and last week she saved my rear end when I locked my keys, phone and wallet in my car in their parking lot!
