“Yesterday I went to Eastern Bank in Salem NH. I met with branch Manager Scott as I had need of some expertise advice and guidance with an existing account and opening a new Money Market account. Scott took all of the time needed to explain to me the steps that would be happening to accomplish what I wanted to do with some funds.
I left a happy customer after getting everything I needed done properly with the guidance of Scott.”

“Left a conglomerate bank and came here. World of difference! The service here is amazing. When we purchased a home I felt like the loan officer we worked with (who got promoted to VP) really took the time to know us. She really cared, went the extra mile and deserved that promotion. Some of the systems seem a little dated compared to other banks, but I'll give them time to catch up because the service is so good.”
“My boyfriend and I went in to get a car loan last minute because the original loan we were going to get fell through. We met with Kyle and he got it done for us super fast while also thoroughly explaining all of our options to us and offered us additional coverage if needed. Amazing experience and my boyfriend will be eventually switching over to this bank. 10/10 :)”

“I came in with $12 in pennies wrapped in the penny wrappers. Given my horrible day of heat and broken air conditioning, when the bag broke and pennies went everywhere Jenny and another customer, but mainly Jenny literally got down on the floor to pick them up. She also gave me a cold water when I walked in hot and miserable. I could not help but to smile. Jenny went way beyond her job to ensure that my experience was positive. It worked. It's easy to notice people not doing their jobs but it's so important to notice those who go above and beyond. Jenny went above and beyond and I truly appreciate it. “Who writes a review of a bank? I am in general, not a fan of banks, but I want to make a huge exception for Bank of New England.The fact they are small is a big plus...they actually know me when I call them up.I'd like to give a special shout out to Tracy Dalton at the Nashua branch who always goes above and beyond the call of duty for me when it comes to banking, and last week she saved my rear end when I locked my keys, phone and wallet in my car in their parking lot!
