“This is a Saturday visit review. I say that because the young guy who was at the front desk and drew blood only works here on Saturdays. Had an appointment, he was very courteous, pulled everything from the computer, even asked me about some old orders and explained that they are duplicates/overlaps with some recent orders. He didn't overcharge with multiple orders! I got in on time and he was very gentle as I have fear of needles! I was nervous at first from reading the reviews but in all honesty everyone was pleasant and moved in a quick fashion. People who are working 12 hour days drawing labs all day are not there for conversation or to have to sit there and baby you because you feel entitled to "customer service". To be quite frank you should just have all your stuff together ready to get labs and leave.. There is truly no need to require anything more from the lab staff, do your job and they will do theirs. I checked in on my phone when I got there and my name was on the monitor in the waiting room. There were 3 people ahead of me and I was taken in at the exact time I was scheduled for. The tech that drew my blood was professional and personable. She asked which arm I preferred and I didn’t even feel a pinch. Have your pcp fax a request form to them prior to your appt. This will save time. Great experience for something that is not very fun to do.”
