“Amazing customer service. Both the owner and his wife were super friendly and so helpful. They even threw in some extras for a great discount. My husband and I switched from a t-mobile family plan about 2-3 weeks and our service has NEVER been better. Trying to get my other family members to switch. We will definitely be back just for the amazing customer service we received. We recently moved out of the city about 30 mins away but will continue coming to this location for sure! I ran into some issues with my account but Hector got me through every step even though I had to leave and come back he was more than helpful the entire time throughout the day. “I would give the online reps who absolutely destroyed my account by adding 13 lines I never asked for zero stars… BUT Kathleen (“Kat”) from the Millbury location spent literal MONTHS correcting the issue, made sure we were taken care of for the inconvenience and always checked in and communicated with me until everything was fixed. She very easily could have left us hanging like most customer service reps these days, but she didn’t. Kat went above and beyond and took personal ownership of an error she didn’t make. She should teach a master class in customer service! Thank you, Kat!!!”

“On the 28th of December my phone broke and had to have a new phone sent to me from my insurance. I received it the next day and thought I was set, however I couldn't get my Dexcom 6 blood glucose monitor off my old phone due to the fact the touch part wouldn't work and the bottom half was black. I went to the T-Mobile store at 537 Lincoln St. and was helped by the entire staff, Elsa, Shaq, Mike and Gabriel. i was there for close to 2 hours with each one of them doing everything they could think of to help me try and retrieve my information and delete the app from my old phone. I eventually got to use a wireless mouse to do this, again with the help from each of these employees. This was extremely important to me due to health reasons as well as customer service above and beyond the call of duty. Not only have I ALWAYS spoken highly of Sprint/T-Mobile, but the people at this specific location are the greatest I have ever come across.”

He quickly detected it was the motherboard that blew and told me that it would be cheaper to buy the exact type of TV but a different brand. THIS IS NOT AN FOOD STORE FOR EXOTIC PETS!! Confusing I know, but trust me when I say this is probably a useful store. I've been hearing that people have been talking about getting telephones a lot recently and I have good news for you! I think this place sells those specifically! I say I think as I wasn't able to go into this aforementioned phone arena. They were closed when I walked by, but they do have windows in the front that showed some of their products. I mean I couldn't see it too well as I was across the street. But I think they sell phones! I don't know if they are the best phones, but I do know that there is a standing mailbox outside of it which is pretty darn helpful!So whether you have something to mail or you want to look and see if this store has phones for you, there is no need to "Wish Upon a Star" you can just come to Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer when they are open! Unless you just want to use the mailbox, in which case I think that's always open.Also when I was younger I learned how to draw Pinocchio from the VHS cover pretty good. I could only draw this and the cigarette man from Doonesbury. I was praised for one and got in trouble for the other. This sort of neutralized my thoughts on drawing as an activity for me.”

We were told the promotion we were signing up for was buy 1 iPhone get 1 free. Totally not the case. Reese put us on the essential plan instead of putting us on the magenta plan like we requested. “I was pleased and surprised at what an comprehensive selection of Japanese snacks they carry. This might be because they are located directly next to Wan Wang, a Japanese restaurant. They also carry canned Bubble Tea. Other than that, it was a tidy, average, well stocked and faced 7-Eleven. I would have given 5 stars, if I wasn't made to feel I was interrupting a conversation or a phone call when I needed to be rung in. Also no cashier at this location has ever smiled or been engaging at all.”

“Great experience and good service. I do alot of online shopping, and if anything doesn't work when I receive it I then drop it off and it's ship back to wherever no issues. They will even help by printing my label out for me when my printer at home doesn't work to do so. I then usually receive my return quick and fast no issues. I am glad I had discovered such a convenient drop off location right in the middle of town... Thank you!”

“It's a great store to have next to you alot to choose from and coffee is good. Slushy machine and hot pizza and nachos some items are reasonable price but some like meds are high prices also need to fix hours of store being open 24 hours cause it's not it's open to 12 pm all week”
