“I have been with Boulevard for at least 4 years. They always provide excellent customer service and willing to help get new prescriptions approved by insurance. These past few weeks have been crazy cause of Change healthcare breach. I have special compounded meds due to allergies from the retail store manufacturers. My meds keep me alive and not knowing for a week whether insurance would cover them is very stressful. I even at the beginning called over 14 different compound pharmacy in MA and only found 1 that takes my insurance. Luckily boulevard was able to get special permission to still be able to fill them. I can't thank them enough for all they do for me and their other customers.”

“If you need to get your child’s photo for a passport, you need to go here and see Kay (I could be wrong but I believe this was her name) I was there yesterday with my two littles 3 years and under. She was AMAZING! We made a last minute decision to stop at the Oxford cvs to get the photos done quickly and ended up having a blast. She was incredible with my kids and deserves to be recognized for going above and beyond her job description. Thanks Kay for making a potentially terrible experience into a great one I’ll remember!”

“My Dr office sent script to old pharmacy hours away. I kept expecting it to be filled. My & My Dr mistake. Always answered phone, extreemly polite, wonderful group of pharmacist. I tried to be cool but waited a week for my Dr to figure out why my pills weren't at walgreens, Worcester, they were at bi y spencer lol. Now it's funny not then waiting on pain medicine. P s Scott toilet tissue 50c prices are great too.”
“Once a month I fill 5-10 meds all at once for my Mother. I have NEVER had a hard time and everyone there is really nice and pleasant to deal with even during COVID. When COVID first started they did curbside pickup so I didn't even have to get out of the car to get the RX's. My only suggestion/complaint is this pharmacy and the one at the University Campus both have blue metal boxes for people to dispose of old meds. I think those should be switched to the yellow boxes like they have at Family Health Center and the Edward Kennedy Center in Great Brook Valley so people can dispose of their used sharps. There aren't many places that will take your used sharps. Other than that these people are great! And with Health Safety Net I pay next to nothing as opposed to CVS which is much more expensive under my insurance.”

“This location is super empty late at night, plus every time we've gone it's just really clean. The check out experience has been really great as well. The last time we went there the lady gave us a ton of paper bags and scanned a bunch of coupons without us even asking her. I wish I got her name, she was so nice. If you ever need to meal prep or feel like donating to a food bank etc the weekly advert has amazing deals. So look into that.”
