She could have been frustrated with it taking so long and me keeping her after close, but instead she continued kindness throughout the entire interaction. All this while helping several customers while I waited on my phone to transfer.”

“This review is specifically for the three helpful employees who helped me out this afternoon! I have been having issues with my wifi for three days, which isn't good since I work from home. The help-app told me there was nothing wrong with my connection, and the person I spoke to on the phone via customer service for Xfinity kept trying to sell me a cell phone plan while I told them my Wifi was not working.

I went into the physical store today, and immediately, Cenedra assisted me with the utmost patience and kindness. She led me to Brian and Kinsey who got me set up with a newer modem.
