The person who attended me was good. However noticed a few employees in the back that looked at the customer area with multiple customers waiting and did not assist them. Sat in the corner.

This afternoon, I upgraded my cell phone from an X to a 16. Jennifer was my sales associate and I cannot say enough about her service….a combination of professional, efficient, but also patient and very personable…..loved Jen and so happy she approached me in the store.

If you need to pay a Verizon fios bill this place is a good place to go they have a machine that you can use to pay it i just wish they had a few more company stores so to make it easier to pay your bill.
