“Serkan once again provided excellent service and helped me find the right mattress. This was not my first time working with him, and he continues to be friendly, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the process. He made sure I was comfortable with my choice and helped make the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate his great customer service and would highly recommend Serkan to anyone looking for a mattress.”

“I did advance research on what I wanted. The store was empty of customers the entire time I was there. I was in a rush, but the checkout process took a little longer to wrap up than it should have - my sales rep was bantering with other employees so I had to tell her to move a little faster.”

“I recently bought a mattress in February but after a few months I decided to take advantage of the 120 day sleep trial. I was having a bit of back/side pain so I came back to upgrade. I met with Shawn who helped me with my first purchase. I tested out more mattresses at the store and decided to upgrade to the Dream Cloud PressureSmart Technology Plush Pillow top. The exchange paperwork was super easy and I scheduled my delivery for two days later. The drivers came and removed my old mattress and set up the new one. I’m very pleased and happy and had a great night’s sleep. Thank you Shawn for all your help!”

“A followup visit. Two Vterinarians and three staff members converged on the case. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Visit included a detailed physical exam, abdominal ultrasound exam, discussion of findings of the exam:, an IV drug administration, and a topical medication. Ultrasound was forwarded to our primary care vet. All this was conducted with professionalism, courtesy and compassion.”

“Great selection. Responsive and helpful staff. Quality appears good. Only concern was the push to purchase expensive ‘protection plans’ due to limited manufacturers warranty. Are these really quality products if the manufacturer is reluctant to warranty?”

“Come for the great product, but stay for the great people!! We had a very specific need — the kind where another mattress store literally told us, “Oh, you need to go to Watertown Mattress. They’ll have whatever it is you’re looking for.” And boy, were they right. Their inventory is incredible. But even more incredible? Mike. From the moment I called, Mike didn’t just “know his stuff” — he was genuinely warm, kind, and so deeply helpful. You could feel that he actually cared. Not in a transactional, “let me make the sale” kind of way, but in a real, human way. He listened. He understood exactly what we needed. He made us feel taken care of. It honestly feels like you just don’t find stores like this anymore — where it’s not some arbitrary transaction, but a true connection. The kind of place that builds community, not just a customer list. And as new parents trying to get out of the house with a baby, his patience and flexibility (even staying open a little late for us!) meant more than I can say. This was truly a 100 out of 10 experience. I would go back hands down anytime — and I’ll be sending anyone and everyone I know straight to Mike. He’s just wonderful.”

“Jim & Eric were on time and prepared for everything / by far one of the best furniture delivery experiences ive had. They were in and out in short time and set up my bed frame perfectly. Between the two of them they have 50 yrs experience delivering furniture for Jordan’s independently. I highly recommend Jordan’s for any home needs, as their customer service is top notch from purchase to delivery.”

“I had an incredibly friendly and savvy design consultant. Hannah was very patient with my questions and uninformed knowledge of the quality and selection of furniture. I am 80 and a widower who decided to buy a new couch and chairs for the house. With Hannah great design knowledge and eye I made a selection and brought my daughter to the showroom for final opinion. My daughter was totally impressed with the choice of style and fabric. Hannah made me look good which is to say she honored my selection and gave me some helpful advice. I highly recommend her and the furniture is very well made without being overly expensive.”

“Boston Wood is an absolute pleasure to work with. They are genuinely good people — honest, thoughtful, and incredibly skilled. I’ve had four different custom pieces built by them, each one unique, beautifully designed, and impeccably made. What really sets them apart is the care they put into every detail: precise measurements, proportions, handle choices, stain color, and overall feel. They think deeply about how a piece will actually live in a space. They have strong design opinions and great taste, but they offer them in a way that’s collaborative, kind, and respectful. They help you think things through without ever being pushy. The end result is work that feels both intentional and personal. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. -Zara C, working with Jenny C.”

“I do not have enough nice things I can say about my experience shopping with the team at Lovesac Fenway! Rodney, Bobby, and Joez made what could've very easily been an overwhelming experience not only accessible, but fun. I could tell from the moment I walked in that they were there to help me not to upsell. As a first time couch shopper, but also young adult I was full of questions (some of them probably obvious to most) and all the guys met me exactly where I was at. I also appreciated them presenting me with questions I had not yet considered. Truly, I commend them for handling my chaotic energy but really providing top-tier customer service. While I'm excited about my new couch, I am more excited to continue to shop with this team and could not recommend this store and Rodney, Bobby, and Joez more!”

“On a rainy day in Spring 2024, I spent a couple lovely hours at the Sleep Number store in Burlington. Cristina was so patient while I acted like Goldilocks trying all the different beds. I actually nodded off while she was helping someone with a pillow purchase! We ended up buying a split top King and we still love the bed so much. I feel grateful every night that I have such a luxurious bed! Cristina helped me with the coupons and codes, and got the price to an affordable number for me. I went back for the cooling sheets (awesome) and my husband’s side sleeper pillow. We now own 5 Sleep Number beds in my family. Couldn’t recommend any higher!!!”

“Jacob and Yafrim are very good. Their prices are reasonable. They help you get what you want. Bargaining is always an option. Yacoub and Ephrem are very cooperative, their prices are good, and their furniture is very nice and European and has a flavor that is not traditional like the rest of the furniture, for example, in Jordans or others... and of course they can deal with the price”

“We have had a Bedworks floating platform for more than a decade. It’s sturdy and beautiful. We highly recommend it. But recently we added a Bedworks mid-firm foam mattress (35 high resilience) and it’s exactly what we wished for. We love it! It was a bit firm upfront so we added a 1’ inch medium firm latex topper (go for latex not other materials that do nothing and no more than 1’ if not it will be too soft) and the combination is ideal. Both affordable (even with the topper) and light enough (40+ pounds) to turn over. Much better than most higher priced, super heavy mattress out there. For anyone with chronic back pain, go check them out. Thanks Khat!”

“Clarks shoes are very comfortable and strudy at the same time. They use quality product (actual leather) to make their shoes so they hold up well. I hadn't bought clarks since I was a kid and recently went in. I particularly love the privo shoes. The Clarks in Dedham at Legacy Place has fantastic staff. Sabrina in their helped me to find the shoes I was looking for in my size. The staff at the Natick store in the Natick Mall is helpful but didn't inform me about the shoe voucher where you buy a certain number of shoes and get a pair free. They also didn't tell me I could order the size of shoe I was looking for from another store and have it shipped to my house for free. Sabrina at Dedham informed me of all this. Overall, product is great and staff vary by store.”
