“This was my first time using Lexington Graphics. I had multiple projects to send at one time. I also made multiple changes over the course of corresponding with them. As promised, I was sent a proof of the project that I had requested artwork assistance on. It was perfect. I am very pleased and will be using Lexington Graphics again in the near future.”

“Looking for a Auto Tint Solution - Use Wrap Solutions! I bought my Truck in CT and the Existing Tint was illegal in MA and not well done. I dropped this off at 9:00 and picked it up at 1:00 and it was incredible what they had done - it looks amazing! This is the 2nd time I've had this team help me and it won't be the last. Thank you!”

“I needed a very quick turnaround for a printed report for Mass General Hospital after I discovered, late in the game, that the in-store printing options at a certain big box store were too limited. I left a message with Paradigm Graphics, received a return call within minutes, and had two beautiful copies of the report (all we needed) within 24 hours. Veera was friendly and accommodating, answered all my questions, and delivered exactly what we were looking for. I would definitely use Paradigm again. Thanks!”

“Hi, this is Dominic from Delore Studio Photography. I love the work that Eric and his team does here. It is hands down the best. I give clients many options for prints, but the best reactions are when I have them done through DSI. Everything looks amazing and comes out looking so lifelike and natural. There are very few printing services where the colors on my screen match what I see on the paper. In fact DSI is only one of two I know where this happens. They are easy to talk to, work with, and are always willing to help! I love everyone who works there. You won't regret giving them your business.”

“Tom did an incredible job framing a newspaper article for me. I spent a lot of time in the store talking about the best approach and he helped me understand the process so I could make informed decisions (which type of frame, glass, border colors, etc.). He was very patient and knowledgable. The end result was everything I had hoped for and more. I will definitely be going back the next time I need something framed!”

“We couldn't be happier with our experience! The embroidery on our jackets turned out absolutely fantastic—every detail was crisp, professional, and exceeded our expectations. The quality of the workmanship was exceptional, and the jackets received so many compliments from our team. Just as impressive was the communication throughout the entire process. We were kept informed every step of the way, questions were answered promptly, and everything was delivered exactly as promised. The pricing was fair and very competitive for the quality of the work we received. If you're looking for outstanding craftsmanship, excellent customer service, and great value, I highly recommend them. We'll definitely be using them again for future projects!”

“So far beyond exceptional customer service that the phrase doesn’t come close. They restored my faith in humanity. I know how that sounds. I’m saying it anyway. I’ve been coming to this store for years and they have always over-delivered. Every single time. But there’s one recent visit I can’t stop telling people about. Torrential rain, and I had something that absolutely had to go out that day by air because many people were counting on it. I’d already been to two other places that told me they couldn’t do it. I got here barely at the wire, and that’s when I realized I’d left a key part of the package behind at the last place. Everybody works against the same deadlines. The difference here is that they held things up, insisted I could go back and get it and they would solve still getting it out by air that eve. The two people working, one of them the owner, could see how important it was to me and how desperate I was, and what they did was epic. Nothing I would ever have asked for. Honestly, nothing I would have imagined would or could be offered. I’m not saying this so anyone walks in expecting the same thing, because that wouldn’t be fair to them. I’m saying it because it’s just one more example of how they treat people - indicative of how they’ve always treated me and other customers, and clearer than ever: How they as individuals treat everyone. It went so far past anything the job asks for, and they didn’t know me from anybody. They did it out of pure kindness. That’s just who they are. And it wasn’t only the two of them. It affected other workers and likely cost something too. I’m grateful to every one of them and it’s clear the owner has done a phenomenal job hiring the same exceptional people. Again, No relation, nobody’s paying me. They took such good care of me as always. That kindness gave me hope and comfort, and it honestly made me well up on the ride home. Especially in times like these, it meant more to me than I can say. Thank you, all of you.”
