After reading all the negative reviews, I think it's about time for an honest and positive review! The current staff and window clerks are all excellent, very helpful, and do their best under some trying situations. On occasion, I've seen customers become rudebecause they don't want to pay what is required for a service.The current staff always provides the various options for the service requested so the customer can choose what's best for them. “I haven’t been to a Staples Connect before, though I can guarantee I will start going more often. I came today to ship some items, but I saw a monitor that I have been interested in for a while now. The staff was great in helping me find information about this monitor, but who I found the most helpful was the cashier, Shirish. Shirish was super friendly, supportive and relatable. Not only was he super fun to talk with, but he was also able to answer all my questions and informed me of their coupons and app. In the end, Shirish was able to help me get a good deal on my monitor. I had a frustrating day at work, but Shirish honestly made my day a whole lot better.”

“Tom at this location, Staples Natick was very helpful and exceeded my expectations. I submitted an order online for a VERY important corporate booklet. Staples could have just printed as inputted, but Tom e-mailed then called me to explain that the laminated pages would mean the pages would then be larger than the plastic front and back covers. Tom asked me what this was for and then gave me a more appropriate order for my booklet goal. I wasn't charged anything extra for this update. I think Tom should be made CEO of the Staples Natick printing department! Go, Tom!”

“I visit this location frequently, and I have always been able to find what I am looking for. Beyond the standard office supplies, computers and other small, useful office appliances, and some furniture, too, their printing department and shipping station shine bright.Customers are able to return items that are shipped through UPS without having to go to a separate location. The printing department has multiple color copy machines that can also scan and a full array of printing services from posters, banners, and other merchandising items. I was able to get laminating and hole punching done on a project within a couple of hours for same-day pick-up.All of the sales attendants are friendly, able to point you in the right direction, and make every trip a success. This store is an excellent resource, and I'm happy to have it close by.”
