“Great experience from shopping to installation! Entire staff is an absolute delight to work with.
Kaylee's experience and knowledge of the inventory brought my simple project to the next level. Sale's process and communication was flawless. My project had a few delays and Shayna was able to accommodate that easily. She asked for pictures and information about the table legs that I wanted to use and reviewed them with the fabrication team to come up with a good plan. Tom came out to make the templates and he was amazing. We moved tape around on the floor to make sure that we had the layout of the table just perfect. He was as patient and helpful as I needed to make sure that everything was right. The day of installation came and the team was absolutely exceptional. My table required very specific placement of the legs to support the weight of the granite top. The entire team was involved in the process and I was so impressed by their commitment to making sure it was perfect. Meticulous work.
Patty made payment easy. I called her to say how pleased I was with the installation and she was so sincere and genuine.
The product is beautiful, the price was fair, and the service was remarkable. Throughout the entire process I thought that the entire exceptional staff was committed in making my project more than I hoped for and they succeeded. Very happy with Soni and Norfolk Kitchen and Bath! Initial review: Greeted at the door by very friendly Sara who asked me how she could help and then did just that. Very nice showroom with lots of samples. My initial visit was so positive that I asked to speak to a design consultant. An appointment was scheduled, and I received an immediate email confirmation. Sara explained the process, and explained what information I needed to get together for the consult. We met with Soni, super helpful, and we decided to schedule the project. I'll update this review after the installation is complete, but so far, very pleased with this company.”

“We're so glad that we went with Hancock for the job! It's been wonderful to be able to stretch out into the new space. Bedtime for the kids has been going so much better now that they have their own rooms and we love how the rest of the spaces turned out. We've very much appreciated the consideration that Darrell, Kevin, and the team have had with helping to accommodate the family living in half of the house while the project was going on. That was really the only way that we could have afforded the project. I'm definitely still amazed that it was able to be done in the short span of time. “There isn’t enough I can say about my experience with John Kelleher. This man, and his company, are a vestige of a forgotten era. Customer service has gone down the TUBES, not here!!! John was UNBELIEVABLY responsive throughout my entire kitchen planning process. He even met with me on a Saturday morning even though he was closed. And that was just the first meeting. Above that, he is so KIND, and just an absolute pleasure to work with. I will be recommending him to everyone I know. If you get your cabinets done anywhere else, you’re making a mistake.”

“We had our registry with Williams Sonoma. They have such nice things. We were able to visit the store and add things to our registry. Had some trouble with the app but the manager who helped us in the store was able to show us how to do it. Love this store! Even though it is kind of pricey.”

I recently bought a new stove from her and Dave for a condo we recently bought. I love my new Fulgor Milano stove and Dave was great with delivery. “I bought a Craftsman table saw, but when I got it home, I found multiple parts to be missing from the box. Needless to say, I wasn't thrilled, but upon returning it, the customer service associate Kathy, turned my negative experience into a very positive one. She was kind, patient, understanding and very helpful. She aided me in exchanging my faulty table saw for a brand new one and even inspected the box with me to make sure it had all the required parts. It was much appreciated!”

“The staff has always been polite when I purchased items there. That location is clean and well organized. Some of the product such as tile is not that good for the price but no different than any chain store.
You do get a lot less broken tile in a box unlike a Home Depot or a Lowe's. The product isn't treated like sack of potatoes like Home Depot or Lowe's by the staff or customers. When a place is clean and organized people tend to treat a place better. You go into a dark dirty warehouse supplier people are more likely to treat the place like a city dump.

The place is well lighted and can see the product. You are able to see fine detail unlike a dungeon like warehouse supplier.

Some items in stock are an issue. Before you go to a location I would call first before going. They may have to order what you want and should go there at least 2 weeks before you plan to install.”
