“Helpful staff, great organized place. However some books have damage and you still pay full price, make sure to double check your book for any signs of second hand use before buying. Picked up 2 books for $25 each, came home and saw both had some sort of damage/wear/second hand usage. Great place to buy journals as well, although some are pricey”

“Clean parking lot and inside the store. There are SO many books to choose from. I was in search of "Yankee" magazine. My Colonial Fffes and Drums, Middlesex County Volunteers, was in this latest issue. I learned that Barns & Noble sells quite a variety of magazines. I was excited to locate the Yankee magand a photo of Middlesex County Volunteers Fifes and Drums There's also a Starbucks with seating too.”
“We get all our Kpop stuff there the people are so friendly and always willing to help find any CD we are looking for, I wouldn't go anywhere else for our KPop merch. We are a KPop family huge fans and it's nice to know we can shop at a place like Magic Castle K-Pop store thank you for always being kind.”
“My mom was in this week after being hospitalized for a few weeks and still recuperating. One of the employees saw her struggling a little and was very accommodating, as she was trying to buy her grandson a birthday gift . They helped her shop and walked her to the car afterwards. “Great store. I'm autistic and can't really do the hustle and bustle of mall stores. I can't remember their name but they had elf ears they said call ahead and we can do a silent experience to avoid overstimulation. Super awesome they're inclusive like that! Parents of neurodivergent kids have an inclusive place for their kids to have fun! :))”

“Great going here, mainly cause I went with my friend named Josh and made a fool of both of us. The staff are nice and friendly, though like most teenagers/ young adults they did kinda seem a little tired, but that's ok, working a job in a toy store can tend to be stressful at times. The sales associate was super helpful/friendly and mentioned this place has one of the largest selections of board games in the state (or it was the largest, I can't remember) but regardless they do cram a lot of toys and games in one shop so that's pretty cool!”
