“Went there for 2, years straight... Great place, great, service, and great jewelry too. Why go to a pawn shop and get something used when you can get something brand new and get treated better too. Plus the prices are great! Woman was great, I even had to go back because I had to get the ring resized and they didn't even charge me.. The best kept secret in the surrounding area..”

“You shouldn’t have to think twice when dealing with your jeweler. Trust is everything. If you’re buying something, you want to know that it’s coming at a fair price. If you’re having work done on a piece, you want the peace of mind knowing that it’s in safe hands. That’s how I feel shopping here. Thank you, Zareh!”

“I have two experience with LongsJewelry. They replaced a stone in my Mother's Ring and replaced batteries on some watches. Both experiences were great. Reasonable priced and very friendly.”

“Wonderful people to deal with. It is so important with these types of purchases to know you are dealing with a fair, honest and reliable business. Both my son and I have made multiple purchases and they will be our go to guys again the next time we want to add a new or vintage watch to our collections. Highly recommend.”

“I recently had the privilege of meeting Nicholas, and my encounter was truly remarkable. Despite the abundance of options in New York City, especially in the diamond district, we specifically journeyed to New Hampshire to see Nicholas, a jeweler I had heard about from friends over the years but had not yet met. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was welcomed with warmth and an expertise that set the stage for an unforgettable jewelry shopping experience. What set the experience apart is not necessarily the jewelry itself, which is gorgeous to be sure (but there are so many options out there where this would be the case), but rather the personalized service that accompanies the purchase. Nicholas is a master jeweler and true artisan with an unparalleled passion for his craft. After meeting him, I now know that he has a gift and that working with people is undeniably his true calling in life. My now husband first paid Nicholas a visit in the Fall of 2022, friends in tow, when he was shopping for my engagement ring. We'd never looked at rings (separate or apart), talked about them, I'd never telegraphed an idea or shared a photo with him of what I might want, I'd never tried one on, on my own. I don't even think I'd have been able to articulate what I would've wanted, or what would have suited me. The great irony here is that I am a huge jewelry person - in fact, I am covered in it: 7+ gold bangles, rings, necklaces, earrings, you name it, I love and wear it all every day. I can't imagine what my guy went through in trying to pick this out given I have a unique sense of style, but I now know he had Nicholas as a secret weapon to guide him every step of the way. Together they picked out the most exquisite ring and I marvel at and treasure it every day. Our recent trip to New Hampshire was prompted by a desire to casually explore wedding bands. Once again, unsure of what I wanted, Nicholas effortlessly selected the perfect band to complement my engagement ring, showcasing his keen understanding of my style. Nicholas took one look at me during this first meeting, pulled a band out of the case, and it was THE ONE. 20 seconds in, and the first ring we looked at together, and his work with me was done. I am the opposite of impulsive and am much more of a considered purchaser and researcher. I could hardly believe what had just happened and have never had an experience like that ever before. My husband, on the other hand, had pre-determined that he was going to stick with his Oura ring as his proxy band, and didn't need a formal wedding band that he felt he'd inevitably lose. I suggested that we browse, since we'd made the trip. He went from wanting to stick to his Oura ring to falling in love with the most stunning and unique diamond encrusted band. Nicholas took the time to understand not only what he liked but who he is, his vibe, and what would best suit him. Nicholas's ability to connect with customers on a personal level, coupled with his expert knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for what he does, sets him apart. His commitment to customer satisfaction turns the entire shopping journey into a collaborative and enjoyable experience. Beyond his craft, Nicholas is charismatic, fun, and approachable, making our interactions feel like we had known him our entire lives. I also really commend the transparency in pricing, honesty, and integrity he displayed during the transaction. Nicholas instilled a sense of trust that is invaluable when making significant purchases like these. Our visit was centered around going up to see Nicholas himself, and we will follow him wherever his career takes him. If you seek a jeweler who combines skill, passion, warmth, and integrity, Nicholas is The One. Our experiences were nothing short of perfection, and I wholeheartedly recommend a visit up to see him in particular. He will unquestionably be our family jeweler for many years to come.”

“Shopping at the Mall at Rockingham Park, I came to Swarovski. I’d shopped the Kittery store in the spring. I stopped in to see if there was anything new. Browsing the store, I saw necklaces, pendants, pierced, clip, and shoulder-sweeper earrings, watches, pins, cocktail rings, fashion rings, tennis bracelets, and many more items. Styles ranged from understated and dainty to big and million-watt flashy. There was something to suit just about anyone's style. Each piece was designed and made with expert craftsmanship. There was one piece that I thought was really cute. I’d seen it at the Kittery store, too. It was a little crab holding a pearl over his head in his pincers. It was a whimsical piece. I admired the graceful swan logo. The shop gal sad that the logo was being changed. I was disappointed to hear that. She allowed me to photograph it. I rate my experience at the Swarovski outlet at 4.50. If you found this review helpful, please click THANK below.”
