“This is a nice little convenient post office and the woman postal worker who is usually the only one there is a very nice considerate and helpful, I try to go there instead of the main post office on main Street because I don't have to wait forever to get waited on even though she is one person she's very efficient and very likable”

“I have utilized this location daily for 27 years! Each and every employee from Christine( now retired), Jose, Maria, Destiny, Alex and others have always been extremely cordial and helpful. This includes their ability to assist in mailing locally, nationally and internationally. Always quick efficient and professional to make sure my items are mailed properly. Many customers who I have seen that seem in a rush or short on time are always helped with an explanation of what to expect on delivery times. Every staff member is top notch in my book.”

“I was a bit nervous by the reviews here but I went here for my passport photo. Anne was simply the best. She took a few photos and made me feel great about everything in the process!! I am so grateful she is the one I dealt with. She double checked my paperwork and waited for me as I had to run to the car. Ten stars. Her customer service was outstanding. Yes, sometimes the lines are long, especially around holidays and lunch times, but it gives you time to chat to other people waiting in line with you. I’ve been to other post offices in the Springfield area and always come back here.”
“Not much parking around there, but I was very happy that I was able to mail off some letters that had to go out at the very end of the month. Since they were open until 6PM, I was able to get them out in the nick of time. On Saturdays, most post offices are closed after 12PM. This one is not! Happy that they are open later than the usual hours!!!”
“Seems to be well run with staff and employees willing to help when they can but packages can be misplaced easily sometimes here. Plenty of parking but wait times can be long. Very good location as it's close to hyways. Bathroom seems clean as well as public areas.”
