“I started going to MBSC when I was in middle school and now I’m in grad school. I go to the adult group with my mom now, and we have so much fun. I have had different coaches and they are all amazing. I love Megan because she is always challenging me and is very encouraging. She also does chin-ups with me to help motivate me. “If you want to get the motivated to improve your health & enjoy your workout, this is the place to go to. I used to go to visit my family in Andover & found this gym through a freind, who had lost significant amount of weight & gained strenght in no time. I had a ruptured knee meniscus & limped for more than a year. I had to work on the muscles around my knee & loose weight. Chris worked with me to strenghten my specific muscles so I could start exercising. Then he slowly moved me to the next level & throughout the process kept motivating me so I don’t take a step back. I am able to walk, ran a 5k with Chris, getting ready for more of them, lost 26 pounds of pure fat, gained signifant muscle mass in three months time. I have improved my Vo2 max significantly. More importantly, I enjoy my life, playing with my kids without running out of breath. Thank you Chris, Sam & Diane! Please continue improving lives & receive the blessings from all of us!”

Eric Dawson, the proprietor, is an accomplished Strongman athlete and an all-around kind guy. “Had the pleasure of using this gym while i lived in boston from 2022-2023. By far the best gym around and recommended for all experience levels. I focused on olympic weight lifting, managed to find an awesome coach, and made some wonderful memories + PRs. “I was in town for the week for meetings. I came by the 530am WOD twice while in town. The programming was good, the coaching was great! Coach Brandon focused on form and position and did a good job at catering to those who could do RX or RX+ as well as those who had to scale each pert of the workout. Everybody was very friendly. I recommend coming by.”

“I tried it one day. It seems like a nice little gym. Two issues: the lighting was harsh. They have all exposed fluorescent lights on the main floor that were blinding my peripheral vision- can you add diffusers? Second, the floor on the lower level is uneven around the squatting rack. I tried dead lifts and felt unbalanced. Treadmills are a bit dated and limited to 12mph, which is a bit slow for my interval workouts (is this a liability thing? Can you go to 15mph?). Still, a promising gym with a friendly community.”

“I only join this location because of it's proximity from home. However, I couldn't be happier with the coaches and their annunciation of all the transitions and ramping as I progress through the class. This and the attentiveness of the staff is what makes this locations stand out from others I have worked at. Additionally, given the location, it's not too busy and find getting access to the times I need easy and without hassle. Great staff, great spot, great times.”

“I love this gym! I joined about 5 years ago as a woman in my mid-40s with no lifting experience. The Method program has been awesome! All of the coaches are fantastic - excellent teachers, supportive, and constantly watching/correcting your form. The staff and other members are also wonderful. This gym produces competitive powerlifters and strongmen but also has created a great community for anyone looking to get strong and healthy.”
