I participated in the seven day free-trial and knew after the first class, I wanted to be here. The environment at Fitness Within is very welcoming, encouraging, and energizing. I love starting off my day with a 6/6:45am workout with Kaitlyn.Some clients I’ve had the pleasure of meeting have specific fitness goals. If it’s training for the police academy (like myself), or just training to lose weight, don’t let your age an fitness ability/knowledge stop you. All trainers are very educational and motivational. They each have their own style and want to see you succeed.If you are looking to get back into a dedicated workout routine and want to be surrounded by awesome people, look no further!”

“I’ve discovered muscles I didn’t know I had after more than a year of classes here ?‍? the instructors plan out the classes well and emphasize functional training with the movements. I’ve gotten a lot stronger since joining and have learned the correct form for exercises I was doing incorrectly in the past. The small class sizes make it so the instructor can give more focused attention. Good variety within classes as well! No two strength, core, or yoga classes are ever the same.Highly recommend their group classes ?”

“I started going to MBSC when I was in middle school and now I’m in grad school. I go to the adult group with my mom now, and we have so much fun. I have had different coaches and they are all amazing. I love Megan because she is always challenging me and is very encouraging. She also does chin-ups with me to help motivate me. Steve is good too.”

“If you want to get the motivated to improve your health & enjoy your workout, this is the place to go to. I used to go to visit my family in Andover & found this gym through a freind, who had lost significant amount of weight & gained strenght in no time. I had a ruptured knee meniscus & limped for more than a year. I had to work on the muscles around my knee & loose weight. Chris worked with me to strenghten my specific muscles so I could start exercising. Then he slowly moved me to the next level & throughout the process kept motivating me so I don’t take a step back. I am able to walk, ran a 5k with Chris, getting ready for more of them, lost 26 pounds of pure fat, gained signifant muscle mass in three months time. I have improved my Vo2 max significantly. More importantly, I enjoy my life, playing with my kids without running out of breath. Thank you Chris, Sam & Diane! Please continue improving lives & receive the blessings from all of us!”

She turned what could have been an intimidating first class, especially for someone new to the rigors of exercise, into a breeze. “I’ve searched for months looking for the right personal trainer. If you’re like me, you wanted someone caring, understanding and will push you to no end. I joined the thumbtack app and came across Slava’s page. Guys! This is the BEST decision I have ever made for my fitness journey. I started this journey at 204.6 lbs. I’m down 14.5 lbs. today. Slava and Anna are the best to do it. They care not just for your exercise routine, but also what you’re consuming daily. I can send a txt when I’m down and out and they have snapped me out of it. They introduced me to portion containers and different protein shakes for muscle recovery. They check on me constantly and gives the best advice. I never knew working out and preparing meals weekly will be so much fun, but when you’re finally getting results, and are consistent with the help of push and motivation from people like Slava and Anna, there’s no way you could fail. I’m doing exercises that I NEVER thought I could do. I’m so blessed to have such an amazing team in my corner cheering me on in my health journey. “I only join this location because of it's proximity from home. However, I couldn't be happier with the coaches and their annunciation of all the transitions and ramping as I progress through the class. This and the attentiveness of the staff is what makes this locations stand out from others I have worked at. Additionally, given the location, it's not too busy and find getting access to the times I need easy and without hassle. Great staff, great spot, great times.”

“I tried it one day. It seems like a nice little gym. Two issues: the lighting was harsh. They have all exposed fluorescent lights on the main floor that were blinding my peripheral vision- can you add diffusers? Second, the floor on the lower level is uneven around the squatting rack. I tried dead lifts and felt unbalanced. Treadmills are a bit dated and limited to 12mph, which is a bit slow for my interval workouts (is this a liability thing? Can you go to 15mph?). Still, a promising gym with a friendly community.”

“I was in town for the week for meetings. I came by the 530am WOD twice while in town. The programming was good, the coaching was great! Coach Brandon focused on form and position and did a good job at catering to those who could do RX or RX+ as well as those who had to scale each pert of the workout. Everybody was very friendly. I recommend coming by.”
