His customer service was impeccable. Great guy all around and an asset to the company. Tommy another great guy followed up with me the next day to make sure everything went smoothly. The place is super clean, secure and I feel like my belongings are at Fort Knox with all the security and surveillance. If you rent a unit here you will not be sorry. “UPDATE 08/2024: Came back to rent another unit from Public Storage. Reserved a unit online and came into the Revere location and spoke with Michelle, who made the whole process so easy! She was very informative, knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely a great asset to Public Storage! Excited to get my stuff stored away.
2013: Public Storage held a unit for me for approximately one week, and honored an online price that was initially offered to me, which was cheaper than the walk in price. The Revere staff at Public Storage was super friendly, informative, and helpful. Just today, I was in a hurry to move things into my unit, but had forgotten my access code and needed a little help finding where my unit was again. The two employees working at the time, were working together to help me - one was writing my code down, while the other was locating where my unit was on the map and was preparing to take me there. Both were very helpful! Thanks!!! So far my service has been great!”
“I had to move my elderly mother across the country on very short notice. R.C. Mason Movers was able to fit us in and worked with me to make the experience less stressful than it already was. I got quotes from 5 of the well known national movers and went with Atlas after going over the quote with Adam from R.C. Mason. The actual movers were very friendly and professional.
Everything arrived in good shape and the final cost ended up about $1,000.00 less than the estimate.
I did extensive research before making the final decision and I'm happy to say it paid off.
