“I went into this Branch today after visiting multiple other locations who told me they couldn’t do anything, all they said was that my account was on “hold for review”. I deposited a check from my company and my funds were not released for over 10 days. Amy was so helpful and she listened to what I had to say unlike everyone else at the other locations. She allowed me to withdraw some of my funds to hold me over, and within the next 3 hours, I got a call that my card was unlocked. Thank you so much to Amy!!!!!”
“I went to the Oak Grove Citizens Bank just before this one and had such a terrible customer experience. I show up here and find the exact opposite. The staff were very friendly. One of the employees was available to help me as a Notary, right when I got there. No questions about appointments. They were all very nice. This is the location I will suggest going to everyone. Still debating whether I should switch to Bank of America or another bank after my Oak Grove experience.”

“I can remember when it was originally called Tele-Comm bank & located on the corner of Main St & Ferry St (across from the High School) here in Malden, MA. Since then it has changed "ownership", starting with Danvers Bank which then moved to it's current location on the corner of Center St & Commercial St (across from the Malden Center train station).About 5-7 yrs ago (?), People's United bought out Danversbank & it's branches here in Malden. No matter what, the staff whether they were apart of the Tele-Comm or Danvers, have ALWAYS been there for my mother since this was HER bank after we moved from the Malden-Everett line area back in 2000 to where I am now. Sadly my mom passed away earlier this month & last week, I had to close out her bank account.The branch manager & his colleague went above & beyond to help me w/ this heartbreaking task. I will NEVER EVER forget ALL of the different branch managers, tellers, etc that I've come to know since 2000. I greatly appreciate all their help w/ my mother's personal finances as well as just being there w/ a friendly smile (even behind a "mask" these past 2 yrs). Thank you very much People's United for ALL that you've done through out the yrs for her & thank you to Danversbank as well as Tele-Comm too!”
