Experience was fine but somehow he took the verizon service off my phone so now I can't get calls or texts. I can't even call Verizon to have them figure this out. Also good luck trying to call the store directly. Even their 508 number brings you to the corporate phones.

Apparently they only accept all things wireless. They don't accept equipment that was sent to me by mistake. Had to travel 5 miles to & back to find a Verizon that does.
