Sally Beauty offers great experience for shoppers. A girl on the closing shift was the definition of Customer Service. She followed policy and Guidelines and gave options and solutions for a return that another location had trouble with. A gentleman in the store was helpful, and the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Customers were greeted right away and helped right away. Long conversations were had, and good job was praised. The team shows Leadership potential and consistently goes above and beyond.
I wish the selection of nail supplies was better. Maybe 6-8ft of nail supplies and so many empty holes on the shelf. First time ever in a Sally Beauty supply and I was disappointed.
