“Adair was outstanding and a true professional in every way. He diagnosed the problem quickly and explained what I must do to make the refrigerator safe for the repair.
The part came as promised and gratefully he was also the tech who got the return call.
He accomplished the repair quickly, (thermostat) explaining as he went along and further, detected a second issue with the heater coil. He explained my options and what signs I should watch for which would necessitate a second repair.
I cannot compliment him enough on his friendly demeanor, professionalism and efficiency.
He is an excellent representative of the company.

“okay I'll admitTalbots hasn't been the first store I would shop in...only because it hasn't been my style. However every once in a while they have a top that catches my eye.That is what happen a new catalog arrive and there were many tops to so I had to go and see for myself. After only 40 minutes I had found 4 new tops to bring home.Why tops? for me I love that they are 100% cotton, the fit is easy and comfortable. Some can be dressed up with a jacket or others worn alone and still look perfect for everyday.”
“Being anchored by the likes of Sears, Forever 21, and JC PENNY how can this place lose? As a bonus to the barren spaces they have security that take extraordinary efforts to keep brown people like me safe. I mean after spotting me by the food court I saw the same security officer as I entered and exited every store, effing amazing. That's the kinda of service reserved for the Royal family. Now don't let me get started on the bathrooms, you could literally eat off those floors.”

“Love this place, the employees are extremely helpful, as they are constantly helping customers and cashing people out. They have to deal with so much that they should probably be getting paid more. Sometimes I come in and there are even huge groups that will leave stuff lying around when they are done, does that stop them from greeting everyone with a smile No!. Half the reviews ive read on here are just people that are upset that the shoes they purchased a while ago are too dirty and we're probably really disrespectful about it, and then, try to twist the nerative in a way that makes the employees the one in the wrong for example im pretty sure there was one guy on here that talked about them almost calling the cops ive never personally heard of anyone getting the cops called on them for being kind and using nice words the whole time just saying. Trust me I work in retail myself so I understand they do verry well.”
