“This review is a bit late but I have to acknowledge Melissa (I believe she’s the store manager) back in Late December she went above and beyond about a coat I wanted and couldn’t find a smaller size. I bought the medium but I wasn’t happy She was able to find the small for me, and override the sale price since I had to exchange it from a bigger one. It’s my favorite coat and I wear it all the time :) Vince, short fur cute and trendy.”

He was knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to make sure I found the right fit. His advice and expertise made the whole process easy and enjoyable, and I left feeling confident in my choice.
