“This review is a bit late but I have to acknowledge Melissa (I believe she’s the store manager) back in Late December she went above and beyond about a coat I wanted and couldn’t find a smaller size. I bought the medium but I wasn’t happy She was able to find the small for me, and override the sale price since I had to exchange it from a bigger one. It’s my favorite coat and I wear it all the time :) Vince, short fur cute and trendy.”

“I ordered Size 2x work mittens for my husband for Valentine's Day. They are hard to find, especially during this extremely cold winter. I called to check on my order on 2/11. The kind gentleman who answered the phone told me they just received a new shipment and they would be sent that day. A few minutes later a lovely woman named Joanne called and said she was emailing me my shipping tracking number. I just received the mittens 2/13 in time for Valentine's Day. He took the time to really analyze my putting stroke, walked me through my tendencies and flaws he was seeing, and explained exactly what club features could help address those issues. He clearly knows his stuff and, more importantly, he knows how to talk through it in a way that makes sense.

I really appreciate the no sales pressure, too. Dave was focused on making sure I was buying the right club for my game, not just any club. That kind of integrity is appreciated. I've been to a competitor for a fitting and really felt like I was pressured to buy.

The club fitting value is also excellent. The fitting fee gets credited toward the purchase of a new club, so you're essentially getting a professional fitting for free when you buy.
