“The staff at PR running were incredibly helpful and patient. I had to go in due to a plantar fasciitis diagnosis and had to bring my 3 young children. The staff was outstanding. They helped me find sneakers that are already helping my heel. They also were so kind in dealing with my three extra energetic children. We left a toy behind (I wasn't aware at the time) and I got a phone call, after they had closed, to let me know that they had the toy and set it aside for us. It was one of the nicest things a business has ever done. I could not recommend a business more.”

Ugh ..I hate this in store thing ..stopped going to BJs due to them selling cell plans when you walk in . Then Home Depot with scammy solar panel sales when you walk in ...now my favorite store to shop and be left alone .. ruined ... Trips, sales scripts.... Friggin hell.... Make it stop.”

“Customer service is wonderful. It's smart to call before you go, they will ask details about your swimmer and can give you an idea of size/style/price before you shop. They are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about sizes and styles and what would work best for your swimmer. The owner also encouraged me to buy the cheaper suit; she is not just trying to sell the most expensive product. I highly recommend this shop.”

“This was the best boot fitting experience we've ever had! My boyfriend is learning to ski this winter, so we opted to rent skis for the season and wanted to make sure they fit properly. Alexis, the associate we had our appointment with, was both friendly and knowledgeable. She walked us through the fitting, answered our questions, and made sure the whole process was very efficient. The rest of the staff was also very pleasant. The skis are great quality and affordable - will definitely be renting from this location next season.”

“Stopped by Sunday morning to get sticks for myself and a child and to get adult skates for myself. There were two young guys working the desk with ear pods in that had no interest in helping us, even after asking for help. We took our business elsewhere.UPDATE: I'm editing the review after the owner reached out and apologized and promised to take action to course correct. The original issue was unfortunate, but the ownership seems to be willing to take feedback and make corrections, which is all you can ask for.”

It was just a game but I was happy to grab it on the way home.The store was not busy. I was poking around before I went to pick up my item at the register.
