We had a great experience at Verizon. Good customer service. We were in and out of there less than 30 minutes. We purchased a new phone and they had my new phone programed. The data from my old phone replaced to my new phone account.

Colin was very knowledgable about all products. He made my visit (his last hour to closing) very nice. I got the product I needed in a reasonable amount of time.
