“Had been meaning to check out Costco after hearing about it from my neighbor over in Sandwich. I was fed up with another company that completely flaked on us, so when I called Costco, they actually picked up the phone right away. They were super responsive and took care of everything without a hitch... felt like they really followed through on their promises. “I had a wonderful experience purchasing eyeglass frames at the Costco Optical in Everett. Their selection is good, their prices are fantastic, and John B. was exceptional in advising me about the different types of prescription lenses available. (I went there on a weekday shortly after the club opened at 10 AM, which was a good choice since the optical department wasn't that busy yet).”
“Pretty good but it’s not as big and well stocked as the one in Weymouth. They also need to figure out their stocking process. There is no rhyme or reason now with how they stock the store. Also the app and the aisle don’t match up.”
“The evening staff are more friendlier and nicer than the morning staff. Morning staff tend to be more crabby and when you ask a question they are not really helpful.
Otherwise everything else about the store like cleanliness, various options are great.”
