“I’m really surprised at the variety of vegan stuff in this little shop. A good amount of fresh produce, and the whole back corner has 2 refrigerated cases, a small pantry shelf and a small freezer. Not a whole lot. But enough to get you by. They have a small selection of their ice cream pints for almost $10. We tried the coffee, and it was nicely creamy, and wasn’t too hard to scoop straight out of the freezer. (The chocolate pudding from the window outside where you get scoops sounded interesting, but they didn’t have it as pints). I do wish they would have put the ingredients list on the pints. The label only had the name. We got both of their vegan cookies. Nutter butters (nice and tender, packed with PB flavor) and the energy bites. (Fruity oaty cakelike cookie balls. Yum yum.) the nutter butters were purported to be gluten free.”
“First time here and definitely love it they carry chicken feet and oxtail and I’m in loved, recently moved to NB from ct and has been a change in glad to find a clean please that carry what I love… excellent customer service highly recommended”
“We love coming here for a lot of our every day basics. We do most of our shopping here and then get what few loose ends we have from other stores. Their produce is always fresh and the store is always clean and well stocked. The employees are always wonderful as well!”

“I love this market - ESPECIALLY YESTERDAY! They had real, live, beautiful 3 - 4 ft. tropical plants for only $15 (+ tax)! I am in love with my new Fig, and will be going back for a Majesty Palm! (Also, about their food selection....) It is decent, however, I've found BETTER, CHEAPER prices for the same exact product, elsewhere! Some things you can get at a bargain, but BEWARE. Price Rite reminds me of Family Dollar in the sense that people THINK they're getting a deal, but are getting RIPPED OFF! *P.S. I don't know if I'm just being weird, or too cautious, but I would NEVER buy meat here!”
“Excellent Kale soup. Bought ingredients for Shrimp Mozambique. Women behind counter suggested another ingredient in addition to Goya. See how this turns out. Bread is fresh. Nice Portuguese market with a friendly staff. You can't beat these markets on a Sun morn. Like routine.”

“Not my usual location for shopping but right in the area for other errands and decided to stop to pick up something quick for dinner. The store did a nice revamp. However found at checkout Trucchis is fairly more expensive than my usual spot. $50 for 6 items. Parking has become just difficult as the bigger stores, but employees at Trucchis are more pleasant and helpful which is much appreciated being handicap. Also the fresh flower display is lovely! Nice selection.?⚘️?”
“I called during the week for a specific cut of meat that I could pick up for Saturday. Didn’t place an order just asked a couple of questions. I went to Lloyd’s Saturday morning and I inquired if they had what I was looking for. It was actually wrapped up and waiting for me.
I was shocked! What if I didn’t show up. Customer service extraordinary. I will go back there again just for that!

“Chris & the girl Chona are two of the nicest customer-service friendly people you are likely to meet. As soon as I entered the store, he greeted me from behind the counter. He thoroughly explained to me why their gasoline is of superior quality, and how other companies "cut" their gas to increase profit. Just ask him! It was a learning experience. And this place is BUSY. A lot of foot traffic. See my pictures.”

“Today I went to seabra I had a good experience going to the supermarket it's not the biggest store you ever been but the feeling when you go inside and you find somebody that can help you I found this guy that he was doing produce and I asked for his help because I'm legally blind and he was gladly helping me find items he was Latino and he was so nice had a good experience going in there”
“This corner market/deli has been in New Bedford FOREVER! I don't know how many years, but I know a very very long time. Well, I have had food from there through other people's cookouts, etc. but had never gone in there and purchased anything myself. So I finally go there so I could buy a couple of sandwiches. The place was pretty much what I expected. It was simple and sort of reminded me that it was stuck in the 60's or 70's, which is fine with me. I don't judge, plus I love those times. Anyway, we got 2 sandwiches, one a honey turkey & honey ham with just cheese and mayo, and the other being a honey turkey with cheese, veggies & mayo. Both on Portuguese pops. For something so simple and not fancy they were DELICIOUS! And only $2.99 each! Loved it! I will be back very soon for more.”

“Luzo's is a company that sells foods and supplies to the restaurant trade. Maxi-Mart is open to the public and will sell you the same items in bulk that the restaurants buy. It's a great place to pick up a huge bag of pre-cut frozen vegetables or a case of pizza boxes.”

“I go to Shaws in wareham almost EVERY single day, usually use self check out to avoid backing up lines but I wasn’t feeling good yesterday & decided to go to a line with a cashier. I found out almost immediately I made the wrong choice. The cashier Brenda was so rude to the point of wanting to cry IN FRONT of my son. I tried to be polite but she kept making remarks. I had to use my EBT card & she thought I didn’t see her make a smirk to the older lady behind me which was more embarrassing on top of her speaking rudely to me . I did wait to speak to a manager because that is extremely inappropriate, I was informed she is a constant problem for employees & customers & they have been trying to find ways to fire her . I usually love the atmosphere at Shaws until yesterday’s encounter.”
“The store is clean, and the associates are very helpful in informative their products . The cashiers are very helpful, and most of them are considerate about putting the groceries in the bags so that they don't break the eggs or squash the slice bread.”

“We stopped for dinner. It was still a chilly for the picnic tables so we ate in the car. The scallop and combination plates were delicious. Definitely worth the money and the time. It did not take long from order to delivery. The scallops were tender and very tasty, the fried clams with breaded very lightly and sweat and tender. A definite return is in the future.”
