“Excellent service and modern building, super convenient location for Maynard. Opened a new account and the staff were friendly and helpful in taking care of all my accounting needs. The facility is very new with colorful interior and maintained neatly. They also offered coffee.”

“Very nice people and they give to the community. Minus one star for lack of support for any easy, quick electronic way to move money between them and other banks, and their uninspiring website and app in general. They say they don't have Zelle due to security concerns, but I wish they would let people know the concerns and then still opt in if they want, maybe indemnifying the bank. I don't care about Zelle specifically, any kind of electronic transfer/bill pay would work for me. I haven't checked out their ATMs yet - really hope they are the kind where you can deposit cash.”
