“I recently had several pieces of jewelry that needed attention. In mid-June, I stopped in at Boston Bijoux in Acton, MA, and instantly was greeted by a warm, smiling, helpful person.
We addressed all my needs: replacing a missing garnet in a 3-garnet ring, to resizing a favorite gold ring, to polishing my wedding ring with a small chip in the diamond. “I’ve lived in Sudbury for 6+ years and only recently went into Date & Time recently for the first time. I wish I had gone in earlier as it would have made gift shopping a lot easier. I went in to learn about watches and Fay was exceptionally helpful. I also had no idea they had an in house jeweler for adjustments to existing jewelry. I was able to bring in a couple of rings for resizing (adding metal) and polishing. I was shocked that they were able to complete the resizing same day and the quality was superb. The only thing I am kicking myself over is not going in sooner.”

Goddard Goldsmith welcomed me in 10 minutes before closing & did a thorough check of my setting & even a few adjustments to ensure it was safe. They refused payment & couldn’t have been nicer. I brought the same ring in the next day for resizing & they expedited it so I’d have it in time for our first wedding anniversary! Absolutely blown away by their customer service!!”
