I trusted Justin to create a custom ring designed just as the original had been (with some very slight modifications) and he certainly delivered.During my appointment, Justin sat with me and explained the process of creating a new ring, pointed out different design details and options, and gave me a timeline when to expect certain parts of the process to be done (which everything was on time).After several weeks, I was finally able to see my beautiful ring again, and it couldn't have been more perfect. “I landed in Concord to meet a client for dinner. As i was early I wandered into this arts snd crafts store. Upon noting the quality of workmanship I mentioned to the clerk - whom I later found to be the owner- an idea for a pair of "tear-drop gem stone earrings." I was told they might have an artisan who would be able to create my feeble sketch. Within a few days... to my surprise they emailed me with a photo of gem stones, sketch and a quote. Very reasonable compared to other jewelers in the same berg, no less. Gave her a credit card and got a delivery date. A few days later another email offering a variety of gold clasps. A few weeks later I picked them up and they were stunning. WOW... Seamless, excellent quality and reasonably priced ... Concord, MA no less. GO”

I have never shopped at Patina Green without making a purchase, and have gotten some really cute and unique items for my home. The staff is always kind and attentive but they do not hover, so I find the experience to be relaxing. Love that I can purchase a gift and leave the store with beautiful packaging so I don't have to deal with wrapping it later. I live in Central MA and have not visited since COVID restrictions have been lifted but I cannot wait to visit again and see what gems I can find.
