“Karen and the rest of the folks at the deli are amazing even though they enable my addiction to the Pilgrim sandwich. Karen always goes out of her way to make one even if that means going to the back to check for stuffing. One time there was no stuffing, but she had one ready for me when I walked in for lunch the next day. With my name on it and everything! She's awesome!!”

“I wish they had freshly made pastries, like the small Shaws's in Brookline on Beacon Street. Otherwise, it's very spacious and has a pretty good assortment. Also, I wish they had more organic fruits and veggies. All in all is good. NO lines! Awesome!”

“The charm of past. The service and friendly atmosphere of the past and the best steak tips to prepare at home or deli sandwiches aroundIf you are tired, frustrated or nostalgic for the past this will warm your heart. If your having a BBQ gathering, grab their steak tips and be the admired chef. I a certain the other meats are also great and I go there often enough to think of trying something else but even I, as bad as a cook I am cannot make those tips taste bad .”

“This market is perfect. It’s small but it has everything and the owner is very helpful and lovely. Much better prices than big stores. They had Siracha for only 8 bucks compared to 30 bucks on amazon! Win - win”

“Clean store. Helpful and friendly staff. As in almost all stores these days, I'd like less foods with unhealthy seed oils in them. It's near impossible to find food without canola or soybean oil as an ingredient.”

“I was going to deli next door where sandwiches are steep prices when I saw a sign 8.99 sandwiches. Pick our roll, protein, condiments. I order a ham, Swiss cheese on French bread , lettuce, tomatoes, onions, mustard and bacon . Then written was 9.99 on wrapper. I told guy at register I had the make your sandwich for 8.99. He told me that was starting price. I said sign says 8.99 back and forth.... I then figured maybe bacon added was the buck extra ? Then I look at sign and says nothing about bacon... says lettuce tomatoes a 1.50 extra? Or is that for the roast vegetables? Very confusing? Then if charging for lettuce and tomato and onion adds a 1.50 ... not 1.00? Nothing about bacon on sign. Any way sandwich was excellent fresh French bread, all ingredients fresh.. another slice of ham would have been good or Black Forest ham instead... Tasty with the bacon and good sandwich and I think better than deli next door ... the deli sides in case all looked good... didn't see a side of potato or macaroni salad or coke slaw... seafood salad looked to be tasty in a sandwich. Actually looking closer at fine print I should have been charged 1.50 for the bacon and unclear another 1.50 for lettuce, tomato, onion or 1.50 each... then at that price ... sandwich wouldn't have gotten to cashier as too expensive.”

“We did a holiday party on December 10th and ordered through Roche Brothers catering for a party of 60 people. We are regulars in buying food from Roche Brothers at the Millis or Westwood locations since we moved to Walpole in 2006.We ordered the appetizers from the Millis location: vegetable crudité, cheese and crackers charcuterie, bacon wrapped scallops, shrimp cocktail, asparagus wrapped with beef and Boursin cheese and the desserts were the large trays of finger desserts: eclairs, cheesecakes, etc.Half of our neighborhood in Walpole, are new families and they all wanted to know where the food came from, and we told them Roche Brothers for appetizers and desserts. All the food ordered was gone too, with a party that started at 6pm and went until midnight!Thank you to the catering staff for making our party a hit!Job well done and loved by all!”

“I make a 45 minute drive every time just to come to this store. Worth it. The selection is just outrageous. If you go there and can't find what you want it's only because they sold out. Great team of people too.”

“Found this Lebanese market and so glad I did. They have all your grocery staples, and even food ready to eat. Produce, meats, cheeses, Syrian bread, za'atar, you can't go wrong. I picked up some Labneh, Cheese Za'atar, and Syrian Cheese! They were all so yummy!! Definitely want to come back for more! The lady was very nice too and asked if we needed any help. The restaurant "To Beirut" is also next door which she told me is the same owner as the market! So cool.”

“I recently visited High Street Market in Westwood, and I must say, it's a gem in the suburban area. This store truly carries quality goods that are hard to find elsewhere. From artisanal foods to unique craft beers, they have a wide selection that caters to various tastes and needs. The only downside, and the reason I'm giving it four stars, is that it's a tad overpriced. However, I can understand why the prices might be on the higher side. High Street Market is essentially the only store in the area that offers such high-quality goods. The convenience it provides is undeniable, especially for those of us who live in the suburbs and don't want to make a long trip to find similar items. I've heard through the grapevine that the owner is retiring soon, and that news is bittersweet. On one hand, I'm happy for them and hope they enjoy a well-deserved retirement. On the other hand, I'm a bit worried about the fate of High Street Market. I really hope it doesn't close down because it's a clutch resource to have in the neighborhood when you need those special items or ingredients for a dinner party n' such. In summary, High Street Market is a valuable asset to Westwood, offering high-quality goods even if they are a bit pricey. Let's hope that, even with the owner retiring, this unique store continues to thrive and serve the community for years to come.”

“This is a well-stocked little Asian market, with lots of great products. I love checking out these little markets and finding items you wouldn't find in a main stream American store. The owners are very friendly. Great place to find unique sauces and spices, and lots of different snack foods, Ramen, desserts.”

“All Trader Joes are superb. Framingham Trader Joes has a liquor license and sells wine. Hint, if you discover a great wine that suddenly appears, buy all they have to stock your cellar. Often these are one time buys only. Keep an eye out for those. Same for olive oil. Although rare, their occasional California olive oils are the real thing, fresh, and just outstanding (picture attached)! The last one I found was as good as anything inside of Italy. Just give them the olive oil test on the back of your throat. (Hint: Italian "export" olive oil is not olive oil)”

“Great selections and extremely clean store. Meat selections are amazing, produce is fresh and well presented, love the self serve pizza bar. Big Y has always offered great customer experience and this store is no different. One quick word of warning though is in order to get the sale prices you need to have a Big Y customer card or ask the cashier to run the stores card, registers will not automatically enter it for you.”

“Considering how busy this market basket can be, serving importance not just to Ashland but heavily so in Framingham....the store is excellent. It moves swiftly. Patience is good too. Prices are very reasonable. My family has shopped here since 1991 for a reason with other options closer. Employees are fantastic.”
