Eri had complications, through no fault of anyone - he's a very large, hyper 2 year old husky mix - and they were there for us every step of the way, including multiple communications on Thanksgiving when his incision site split open.
I'm especially thankful to Becky Wright and Dr. Marci for going above and beyond and getting Eri fixed up.
He just had his last x-rays and I believe it was because their outstanding care that he healed beautifully.”

We were absolutely distraught and stopped by the office for ann evaluation. We were greeted with opened arms, Callie was made comfortable and was very well taken care of. Dr. Marks was compassionate, conducted an excellent exam, and walked us through our options multiple times. “By far the best vet experience I’ve ever had. I own a flock of Jumbo Pekins, and I couldn’t be more thankful to find such a compassionate vet and tech team! Avian vets are so hard to come by, and I’m so grateful to have found this office. The team is just absolutely amazing.
I brought my littlest girl in last week. I couldn’t figure out what was wrong and this weather hasn’t been too kind for a healthy flock to flourish. I found her unable to walk, limping severely, and not herself (she’s spicy). I took her in and the doc found a tiny puncture with mild swelling at the bottom of her foot. I would have never found this. She put her on anti inflammatories and miracles happened. Like, I mean, real miracles. She was not well.

Now, I was so impressed I brought the rest of the flock in today. Such a great day. First off, they served the ducks worm water cocktails upon arrival (their favorite! And pictured below). They got their little beaks and feet rubbed by the vet tech with oils because they were cracking a bit from this cold. My drake was so happy and stood so proud. Also, our household is so relieved to know they are doing good and super healthy.

“The staff, Dr. Schwartz, and Dr. Cohen were professional, kind, and very responsive from start to finish, and I’m truly grateful for the care my dog received.
During our first visit, my dog was diagnosed with HGE. Unfortunately, we had to return for a second visit because his condition worsened very quickly and by then it had progressed to AHDS. It was unexpected and really scary.
Both doctors were very patient and helpful throughout the process. I really appreciated that no one pressured me into making any decisions. The doctor took a step by step approach and first recommended bloodwork to understand what was going on. We had the results within about 20 minutes.
After that, they clearly explained our options. We could either give more subcutaneous fluids and monitor her at home or admit her for 24 hour hospitalization. I chose hospitalization because I honestly don’t think we would have made it through the night otherwise.
Thankfully, my dog started to improve. The team was always available by phone, and they even called the day after discharge to check on how my dog was doing, which I truly appreciated.”

“I recently lost my sister and moved in with my brother in-law to help with the care of my sister’s 10 yr old yorkie and their 2 yr old 140 lb Rottweiler Tank whom would NOT go to the vet. Dr Martinez not only made it convenient for us, he is reasonably priced. During a difficult time when most people take advantage, Dr Martinez is honest and kind, and only has you do what is absolutely necessary. Unlike those other “emergency clinics” that I have made the mistake of going to multiple times prior that cost 250$ just to walk in the door. I am forever grateful to Dr Martinez and the girls for taking my panic calls and listening to me ramble and cry when I thought something was seriously wrong with the little dog Ryder. They are the best!”
