“Arthur's is an old family bakery that still makes everything from scratch, including the whipped cream and custard filling. Their lobster claws are the best I've ever eaten. love the whipped cream cakes. its real whipped cream so eat it up quickly. If you go to the West Medford store, see Vickie. She's amazing, very sweet, and so helpful.”

“We received the most amazing service from Nancy! We got stuck in traffic and phoned the store that we will be arriving a few minutes after closing time. This wonderful lady not only helped us by guiding us to find parking, she also took our order telephonically, packed it so it would be ready when we arrive and stayed way after closing hours to take the payment! This was all done with the biggest smile and the kindest heart. Thanks Nancy for being so wonderful and going above and beyond to help! ??”

“Beautiful place, light and fun atmosphere. Honestly, it feels straight out of a movie! Me and my friends stopped by this afternoon, and the woman at the counter was so nice! We talked to her about how our neighbor makes similar chocolates to the ones here, and they even gave us some free samples! All in all, a bit pricey, but great candy and chocolate, great service and atmosphere, and even plenty of vegan chocolate options. Would go again, and would highly recommend!Vegetarian options: there is no meat, as far as i knowKid-friendliness: the atmosphere is amazing”

“Best chocolate by far. Superior in quality and taste. Pecan turtles, fudge, figaro. Better that other higher priced, well-known candy companies. Everything is fresh.”

“Solid muffins. Friendly staff. Cute little shop! Main downside is how they've got limited parking, but they're definitely some of the best muffins I've had in a while. Would probably visit again if I'm ever in the area”

“Royce chocolates are some of my favorite things to bring back to the U.S. whenever I'm traveling in Japan. Their signature Nama chocolates, however, need to stay refrigerated, as they are soft, cream-infused, fudgey treats. Even though they come in cooler-like bags with ice packs if you ask for them, a 10 or 12 hour flight from Tokyo (not including transfer time to and from airports on both ends) is a bit much. So I'm excited to see Royce build a retail presence here in the States. I've been to their shops in Vegas and California, and I'm beyond thrilled to know that they now have a shop here in the Boston area, conveniently located on Newbury Street. Prices on the Nama chocolates are reasonable given the cost of refrigerated transport from Japan, and they also have shelf-stable items like pure chocolate wafers and even chocolate-covered potato chips. It's great to be able to get Royce treats here in Boston so that you don't have to travel halfway around the world to get them!”

“Fresh nuts with all the basics such as Cashews, almonds, corn nuts etc. I am drawn however to their own mixes. Very nutty mix has something for all. Cranberry mix with at least six different nuts. Ever heard of peanuts covered in sesame seeds? They also have excellent dried fruit and I can't try to describe their chocolates which has their nuts. Yes I enjoy visiting the shop.”

“I was hunting for a candy store earlier today (the one in Cambridge has closed down) and searched on Google and finally found Indulge! Very sweet people, great selection and I love the prices! I also appreciate they're abiding by hygienic rules, it makes me feel more comfortable. Love a good traditional candy store!”

“I told my wife and kids that I would take them somewhere special but I didn't reveal where until that day. When I finally told them where we were going, a candy factory, they looked at me like "? ?" wait what. I told them I know a few people ? LOL..The last time I saw Sean at the barbershop, I asked him if I could stop by his family business and show my kids. He said absolutely bring them on by. Well let me tell you, we went to the most amazing place, Brian Smillie Candy. We are friends so we were able to get a guided tour by Sean the son of Brian, owner of the factory. Just want to throw that out there so you are not expecting a tour as well ?Recently opened to the public so if you have to make a candy bar for party or something this is the place you want to go! All products sold by the pound, minimum of 5lbs. This place has candy I haven't seen since I was a kid. Things like Cow Tales, Lemonheads, Laffy Taffy's, FunDip's and gumballs like the ones I used to get out of a machine. This is just to name a few but they have options for days. They have these gummy lobsters, cows and pigs that they are well known for. This is a must get. They are perfect in my opinion, not too hard or too chewy and sweetness was just right. We really enjoyed walking around and looking at everything and learning all the history about the place and products, Brian was very informative and patient with all 4 of us. Definitely repeat business for me. And I will let all my friends, family and clients know where to go to get wholesale candy products. And finally, thanks again to Brian and his family. We appreciate the time you spent with us!Check out my pictures and short video. Enjoy!”

“I stumbled upon this store upon looking for some chocolates for a coworker whose birthday I discovered it was and so glad I did. The staff were so warm and welcoming and I found the prices to be incredibly fair with some really neat variety of candy. I have since come back for special treats for the kids and friends and would love to spread the word. The champagne gummy bears were particularly dynamite”

“They are so kind here! Every time I’ve come there has been a different person working, and every single one of them gave me great customer service. The sweet treats are extremely affordable, and you cannot beat the old fashioned fountain soda for only a buck! There are so many different ice cream flavors too, and assorted candies that will bring you back to childhood. Highly recommend to anyone.”

“A coolest place to get candy; most of the chocolates are made locally in towns in the Eastern Massachusetts area. The store itself is crowded with stuff to buy; but brings insurmountable joy to anyone who goes in. I always leave with some chocolate-covered raisins or a box of chocolate creams.”

“If you are looking for some tasty fancy chocolates, this is the place to go to. They have some of the best chocolates I've had. The prices are a bit spendy, but you do get what you pay for. One of my favorites was the strawberry-curd chocolate. It's like a great strawberry cream shake. It's a must try!”

“Is it expensive? Sure. But alllll the candy was SUPER FRESH. The people working there were extremely friendly and helpful. Between my son and I, we probably got 25 different varieties of candies and they were all very fresh and delicious. Plus they had some super cute toys/stuffies/etc in the back of the store. We will definitely be back!”

“If you are looking for any type of nut or candy, here you are to find what you're looking for. It's not the same as when it was on West Broadway in South Boston with the display cases and penny candy display. All the selections are there. I was looking for Brazil nuts. the salesman went in the back and the employee fired up the oven and roasted the nut right then and there. While waiting, I selected some Plantain chips, dark chocolate chips, pistachios, and a half pound of non-perells. A great place to go when you're looking for the right ingredients.”

“Not an easy area to get around with a tractor trailer. Load was ready when I arrived, drop and hook. Low on hours, parked overnight on street next to the building.”
