“Laz and Justin are heroes at the Bellingham T-Mobile store! I was in desperate and immediate need of an un-smart, un-sexy phone ASAP for my mom. I called and talked with Justin, who talked through the best options for her. I raced to the store and he had the phone out for me when I arrived. Justin and Laz stayed past closing time making sure that I got all the credits possible, calling T-Mobile on my behalf, and getting the phone ready before they sent me on my way. “I think this will be help full for the public Consumers to know, there is someone name Angel Rivera, that commented about the service at Boost Mobile Store, but it happen that, i was in the Store wen Rivera came in with another guy to Ask for an account number,... that belong to another personso the lady told him to call customer services,... he stared arguing withher the owner, and he was telling the customers that Boost is not good, he also said that he works for Boost before and said others negative about it, and now he work for Cricket he said....so, what i see is he is taking the customers from Boost mobile and Switch them to Cricket and he also go to boost m Store nearby and get the Account number of the customer, so i want to put that out there for the public to know, because what he is doing is wrong and using private information from Consumer by going to the Store to get that info from other people, I have Boost Service for a few years now and work perfect for me with no problem!”

“About two weeks ago, I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Yadira. Prior to going to this physical location, I called Metro's customer service to switch devices, as I had already purchased another phone. I was told that this particular device was not compatible with my plan or even with Metro, but I was eligible for an upgrade and that I should try a physical location. It seemed unfortunate, but I knew I had to address this by buying a new phone. That same day, Sunday, about an hour before closing, I entered the store and explained the situation, ready to buy a new phone. Yadira felt confident that the phone I had already purchased was, in fact, compatible with Metro's service and said she would check. Her doing this for me saved me several hundred dollars (as she confirmed I could use the device). It took her about 10 minutes for her to setup. It was a breeze! And I was able to get a case for the phone as well. What would have cost hundreds became $25 to transfer to the device, and the cost of the cellphone case. Yadira is friendly, kind, and very knowledgeable. Thank you so much for your help and for making everything so simple!”

“They say you never forget your first time. I guess the same might apply to Target, as this was the first & only location I visited for years, before they began to open them in the NYC area.Since then, the Target run has become a routine thing for me, but the first several times I visited this store were special. Almost event-level outings. I don't expect much out of life. It was also like the next town over from where my parents lived in Hopkinton, so it was kind of an adventure.Self check machines are wonderful. Service assistance is there when needed. And I always found what I came for, though I'd also probably leave with something else.”
