“I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years and have had my share of frustrations, but yesterday I had the best customer service I have ever had dealing with phones. Our puppy decided to chomp my phone when I was not looking (pup was fine, phone, not so much). She managed to crack the screen leaving most of the screen completely black. I got to the Millis store just before their 10 am opening and was welcomed inside by Junaid (Jay) C. Luckily, I was in line for an upgrade, but Jay made the whole process super easy. He was able to get into the old phone to recover my contacts etc and was able to transfer everything over to the new phone. The entire time he treated me with humor and respect and was never pushy about upselling products etc. He made a very stressful morning much easier, and I am grateful for his knowledge and help! Thank you!”

“They are always helpful, they always fix my phone when AI is done somthing that I gmhave no clue on how to fix. They got the pop up to go away that had no x to exit out of but now every video I have recorded is now not opening, ughhh I gotta go back, everything was fine till they automatically do updates and stuff dosen't work anymore. I miss when updates actually asked if you wanted them or not, now its just to eat up data so you have to buy a new phone ughhh.”

“ANDRE WAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST! My phone wouldn't start up and I was in Western Mass and I didn't have GPS or any way to access the internet or communicate with anybody (it's amazing how much we rely on our phones these days!) I didn't even have any way to find a Metro PCS in Western Massachusetts. So I traveled home and went to my local MetroPCS in Ashland and Andre was very friendly and professional and got my phone working within minutes! I am now in the land of the living! Thanks Andre you got me on the road again and back in civilization!”

“I spoke to them cross country in regards to programming my device. They were happy to help me, I shipped it with the documentation for the necessary signal sources and they sent it back in a short time. I could not get any signals. I called and they took my call right away and withing 2 minutes I was up and running with signals coming from all repeaters. Their knowledge is evident, their service is solid. I appreciate when a service provider does what they promise and Scanner Master delivered.

“I frequent this store although I live closer to the Easton location. This store is always super clean and well-lit, and the aisles are wider, too. But what makes this Target better than most in the area is the amazing staff who always go out of their way to help me whenever I need it. Every employee I have interacted with at this store has been pleasant, professional, and very helpful. The employees have gone out of their way to help me more than once, always with a smile.”
“Andrea assisted me with a new phone and her smile was so contagious. She has amazing communication skills and she even solved another customers problem while dealing with me in a snap of a finger. “I am no longer a Verizon customer but I went in to sort out an issue with my son's tablet and complete a cancelation and the manager was so good I think I'll be coming back to Verizon. Not only did he solve my first issue, but I didn't even have to go to my new providers location for my second issue, he solved that too. Ruy (sp?), the store manager was fantastic!”

“I just can't thank Ibraheem Elsiah enough for going out of his way and helping me resolve a problem I had with an another employee in a different showroom. We are longtime Verizon customers and I came very close to canceling our Verizon account due to the terrible customer service I received in the other location as they refused to take back a phone, my 85 year-old mother had purchased and could not use where she was currently living. He went the extra mile to resolve the issue despite having happened in a different store. He even followed up with me the next day to ensure that the problem had been resolved to my satisfaction. He wanted to make sure that I was happy, and the problem was solved. He is an excellent employee and person in general.”
