Pre-Reimagym, I was struggling to find a routine and community again after having moved. Other gyms didn't seem to offer what I was looking for, or communicate using inclusive language that made me feel sure or safe.
My first introduction to Reimagym was through comments on an FB post, and right off the bat, the vibe was.. brighter. More inviting. People spoke highly of it from a place of gratitude and love. After visiting the website and doing an in-person trial, I was reassured to continue with a membership by the inclusive and supportive language and the kindness I was met with! Every single person, coaches and members alike, radiates inclusivity and support.
I am so so so grateful to have been led to Reimagym. I feel so much better and stronger having a routine again - Even when I don't want to go to the gym, I still go and am *always* glad that I went. Not only for the great workouts, but also to see the lovely people that find themselves there as well. It's hard to feel lonely when you're surrounded by people who are rooting for you!!

“Christian is an absolutely amazing coach. I have been here for almost 5 weeks and my journey has been so fun. I come mainly to the afternoon classes and Christian has been my main coach. He is very welcoming, knowledgeable and caring. He takes time during our workouts to make sure everybody is doing their best. He also makes sure everybody has proper form to minimise the risk of injuries. He also is very encouraging!! I am so glad I joined.”

The staff was very welcoming from the very beginning. I was nervous being an older woman and not in great shape that the classes would be too difficult and not welcoming. I couldn’t be more wrong. Every instructor is encouraging, enthusiastic, asking about injuries, and offering modifications if needed. I have made going to the gym part of my day for the past 6 weeks and I couldn’t be happier! “Im 59 and have gone to a lot of gyms in my time ( although i don’t look it ?) But BY far this is the cleanest gym I have ever been to!!! And the staff is constantly cleaning the attention to details they walk thru the gym and anything out of place they are on top of it.. The machines are always being cleaned and I mean CLEANED.. Mikes back in the day was a dump and dirty… The staff is friendly and respectful Highly recommend it…”

“I came into the gym today doing my normal routine and I accidentally dropped my phone on the stair machine . Just my luck right ? well luckily Will who was holding down the gym and providing excellent customer service at the desk was able to step aside for a moment and assist me with getting my phone back . He went out of his way above and beyond to get my phone back for me and with his help the mission was a success . I just wanted to take a moment and give recognition to Will here at planet fitness for his exemplary work ethic and professionalism when not only manning the front desk but also in helping my clumsy self in retrieving my phone today. This location is lucky to have him and I hope to see him recognized for his efforts here ! that is all from me :) ! thank you Will!”
“I have regularly taken classes at OTF Belmont for the last few years. After taking classes at two other locations, I feel that this location is the cleanest I have been to. There is ample parking in the back lot, which is great when you’re running a bit late. They just got new treadmills (spring 2025) They also have two heavyweight racks and two racks of Y-bells. The staff is great, and my favorite coaches are Maggie, Kim, Rachel and Kate. For folks taking class for the first time, the morning sun comes through in locations 1-3, and afternoon sun is at the other end of the room (12-15)….if that matters to you. They typically run a 2G, and there is often room in classes, which is great for me because my schedule is somewhat unpredictable.”
